May as well have ordered a salad with how this sandwich came out. I’ve had poor experiences with Panera before, but I’ve never received a sandwich that was so destroyed right out of the wrapper. I will give it to them they got the modifications correct (no tomato, no garlic aioli, added red onion). There was also the issue of about a 25 minute wait due to what I can only assume was their system being down however multiple orders placed at the register went out before anyone asked the group of about 5 or 6 people waiting for carry out orders. I give them a 3/5 I’ve had better experiences with this location plenty of times, but this one was a pretty big red flag for me. Not very attentive staff today, very poor service, but at least the order was correct.

Stopped in for a moment had a bagel and some tea they were out of hot water so I had some coffee instead it was good coffee and they had cinnamon set out and honey to add to it so it tasted very the bagel was very nice I do like their cinnamon bagels and they were very fresh for some reason it does detract a lot of people but at times I have played on their patio and during the winter time I even had a shroud to protect me from the weather that was prior COVID that the present time it’s kind of not frequented as much as I would think considering the food is good although the sandwiches are somewhat overpriced The soup is exceptional.

Ordered online, hoping it wouldn’t get messed up. Maybe they could read an order online. Once again it was a disaster. We are very disappointed. What happened to Panera? Definitely went down hill. Ordered 3 days in advance.

Visited at opening time on a Friday, the manager and associate that helped us were incredibly friendly and upbeat, and we got our food quickly. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, and the staff is always friendly!

My bagel order is often wrong. I called, and no one answered, so I had to drive back for my cinnamon swirl bagels. It happens often, so please read carefully!!

I only had coffee. It’s the best local coffee for me. I tried some of my friend’s pastry and it was very good.

Check your bag every time if you’re getting food to go. They REGULARLY leave items out of the bag. I’ve had this happen so many times at this location. There is a checklist on the receipt that is NEVER filled out.

Was attacked and beat up by the manger, her boyfriend (who had been “hanging out” there for 4 hrs) and a bystander, because I was recording. Check YouTube, Troy OH will go after you for exercising your first amendment rights. Was arrested for assault. Waited a year for my trial, they offered me everything to take deal, nope, I took em to trial and owned them. Right after, I filed lawsuit against the Manager on duty, her boyfriend, the bystander and CAD Capital(franchise owner). Waited years, then they rigged the trial. My lawyer told me he’d never seen it this bad in 50 years of lawyering, he was useless. They openly tampered with the evidence, read the police reports(which are not evidence) during trial, and manufactured documents. It was amazing and eye opening. The bottom line of what I learned is CAD Capital owns Troy OH and they will move heaven and earth to prevent any lawsuits coming to fruition. I have full (untampered) videofrom criminal trial, which won the criminal trial, but tampered video lost me the civil and the fact that my lawyer gave procedural representation but not meaning representation. He never objected to anything and when I did I was told that couldn’t because I had counsel. Panera Bread franchiser CAD Capital owns the Troy OH government. Be aware. You won’t get fair shake in that town. I have full uncensored and untampered video of the incident if anyone’s interested.

Worst. run. panera. ever. I’ve never seen a panera, or any bakery for that matter so barren an hour before closing. They actually had no bread left. Seriously. It’s actually in the name! Panera BREAD! It’s like being out of Taco bell being out of shells, tortillas and Nacho chips at the same time! See pictures. On top of that, it took 3 people to get my order correct. It was like keystone cops. They were all absolutely clueless! I had a couple of changes to my salad but it wasn’t like I was asking them to do trigonometry or something! The salad did taste good but it was 95% lettuce and 5% everything else. I am from St. Louis, where this company began (St. Louis Bread Co.). This store does not represent the company well at all.
