It was cold and the doors were missing weather stripping, enough that you could put in 3-4 quarters and they would fit in the gap. Soft back ground music would be nice. All staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious!

Ordered french onion soup came cold cheese was not only not melted but they threw a tiny pinch on top. On top of that I found hairs at the bottom of the bowl and thats just not okay.

The bagels were great as usual, cinnamon crunch is supreme, and the staff were extremely kind. Only thing I wish this location would change would be access to outlets. I had to leave because i did not have any power access for my laptop (someone else was using the only outlet available). My intention was to stay and work for a few hours, but was unable unfortunately.

I gave one star to this Panera location because zero stars wasn’t an option. Do not eat at this location . $75 for four sandwiches that were so low quality and poorly made they weren’t even edible. Missing ingredients on sandwiches, wilted vegetables and watery chicken salad. I will be calling corporate today. This Panera location should be closed immediately. The only edible part of this meal was to bags of potatoes chips that were not prepared there.

I usually like Panera and I still do. I like this location, it’s not the best but it’s alright enough. The food is good most of the time and so is the service, although sometimes they can be kind of rude but overall it’s a good place.

We stopped for breakfast and the food was ok. The sausage was way smaller than the bagel it was on. My latte was super sweet and weak considering I ordered an extra shot.
The restaurant was easy to navigate with my walker as was the bathroom. The restaurant was super cold. We would return again. Pavers Bread is a mediocre alternative for lattes.

Never been here before so wanted to give this place a shot. My mom got the chef’s choice chicken sandwich and I got the steak and cheddar something and my drink was the mango yuzu citrus. I didn’t know the drink was charged with caffeine which was quite the taste surprise. When it came to my sandwich the cheese had this strange taste which i think was sauerkraut, didn’t like it but the steak and bread was amazing. My mom loved the chicken sandwich and from my taste of it I like it as well. Lightly breaded chicken with this garlic aoili sauce was a nice touch to the sandwich. Price wise it was way too much for my taste but I did appreciate the level of quality for said price. The environment was cozy mostly with the accent of a fireplace. Final verdict, not a every week place for me but every three weeks or two week sounds perfect.

One of my favorite food joints- but this location always has something. Rude employees, forgetting food and not answering their phone, long wait times in the DT, etc. I shouldn’t have to contact corporate in order to get my order replaced/refunded but I’m not paying for food that I never got. Really hope this location can clean up because the food is great.. when you actually get it.

Honestly, this location is bad. Customer service is bad. The person at front was not friendly at all. The coffee was cold and super strong. They don’t have coffee cream only milk. Not everyone likes milk. I won’t be coming back here. The food is not even cheap for what they serve.

Good food, nice friendly staff. Only problem is they are either always out of coffee, or it tastes like it’s sat out all day. Still drinkable but could be better. Other than that this is a nice place.
