Ordered 2 salads with extra green goodness dressing, got none at all. They didn’t say they were out, very disappointed. Also tried to eat my food in the dining room and was told it was closed. Closed due to “short staff” but the restaurant was empty and they had at least 4 staff members there. Won’t be returning

Clean and nice customer service.
I enjoyed the avocado sandwich and the banana smoothie. I was so full I couldn’t move.

This is absolutely the worst Panera I have ever been to and it’s so unrepresentative of the rest. From missing and wrong orders to really terrible quality or never offering half the menu, this is not one you should go to unless you have no other option. The attached photo is my $14 burnt yet soggy sandwich that had a strip of slimy turkey and small amounts of etc. Don’t go here. Stay home.

So I guess I am on roll. Customer service is not what it used to be. My bagel pack was thrown into a bag with the napkins, utensils, cream cheese. A hot mess yesterday. Normally, my cinnamon crunch is separate, the utensils and napkins are separate and the cheese. On top of that, I was missing all of the cinnamon crunch (my favorite) so I starved all day. They were all supposed to be toasted, none were. I bring them back and get a non-chalant attitude as if it’s my fault they didn’t do my order correct. It was like pulling teeth to have it made correctly. I think I’ll just cook at home. It’s not worth the stress. My belly was set on it yesterday, now I’m looking at it,and don’t want it. Too much annoyance to get it right
