This Panera is very lacking. This is the second time I have come here where the drive thru has been blocked off by a semi. Server was very condescending, rude and racist. She was so oblivious to what I was ordering because of heavy accent she treated me like an inmate. I asked to speck to manager and was told she was too busy and I had to deal with her. If you’re a US citizen with an accent you’re better off staying away from this locating with servers that care only about their self and not the company or customers. Sad day!

Haven’t been to this location in a while due to past bad experiences, but given the fact I am sick it’s the only thing that sounded good. I ordered a grilled cheese and a cup of chicken noodle. When I got home, I realized I literally had a spoon full of noodles and a small piece of carrot in the whole bowl. The rest broth. You would think with me sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes they would have been preparing more.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff was loudly speaking profanities. They locked the doors after we walked in while the lobby is still supposed to be open. It was 645pm on Saturday April 10th. An absolute disgrace of an establishment. Not a single worker talked to us. My pregnant girlfriends chicken was not even close cooked through. This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter’s daycare. They sent me home with ice cold (like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks.

I ordered the pick 2 and got the Napa chicken salad sandwich, mac’n’cheese, and side of bread. The Napa sandwich was delicious- it’s one of my favorites. The mac’n’cheese was also good (wasn’t soupy). The bread was cooked perfectly too. The staff -Zack and a female coworker- were friendly and happy

Shouldn’t a turkey sandwich have turkey? I ordered a whole Sierra turkey and only got turkey on half. They made it on the wrong bread and my request for pickled onions was ignored. I politely called to discuss this with the manager and she would not refund my money, she would only offer a credit which I did not want. She was very rude and unapologetic. I will never go back.
