Well, took my kids here to eat after a trip to the mall. We arrived at 8p and they close at 9p. Ordered 3 meals and drinks, the hostess seemed to not want to be there. After ordering, we went to get our drinks (looking forward to some lemonaid) to our suprise there was none to be had only tea (really?!) so we can get a soft drink. Not really no ice, no dr pepper no pepsi and the mountain dew was warm and flat. So after our food was ready, I went to ask another girl that was taking orders ( since our original hostess and 3 other workers were too busy talking and goofing around with other people) if there were any other options for our drinks. Her response was that was all they had and nothing she could do. Flat mountain dew it is. Our food tasted good and was decent for the price except for a slightly soggy grilled cheese sandwich for my son. Needless to say not going back.

The VOA location is not one of Panera’s better locations. Over priced salads that are not generous on toppings. Greek salads get a dusting a feta cheese. This is the Greek salad with extra feta and extra olives. Extra? Greek salad dressing containers before opening are less than half full. Gave Panera VOA location another try 7/29/22. Added pictures showing the low amount of Greek salad dressing in the cups and the less desirable hard part of a lettuce and lettuce head that should not be in the bowl. The tea, salads, bread and broccoli cheddar soup were good.

Food was EXCELLENT. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had at a Panera. Took one star off because I asked for no red onion but they left it in. Thankfully I’m not allergic, but beware if you have food allergies and double check before you eat (or leave with your take-out order). Staff were lovely.

Will never eat here again. The girl at front counter taking orders acted like we were disturbing her. The sandwiches were awful the place was so dirty including the tables. Where they stack the dishes by garbage both places were stacked high but only a couple customers in there. It was around 4ish when we went. More standing around doing nothing than making restaurant presentable.

Service was quick. I had a salad and it was horrible. Chicken on the salad was ok, but the greens were not fresh at all. It looked like Kroger bagged salad greens that were at or past their “sell by” date. Most of the romaine was wilted, and some was spoiled, I ate less than half the salad. My wife had the chicken and wild rice soup and it was good.

The store was clean, and maybe ingredients have changed, but my fuji apple salad was a hit mess. It used to have real apples, not crumbled apple chips. They also did not offer me a free treat for my birthday month, a nicer former perk of the My Panerai card. My daughter said that her cheese Flatbread was ok, and the crust very tasty. It looked very good.

After visiting the West Chester Voice of America location for over a year now, I thought maybe the experiences would markedly improve. However, customer care and service at this particular location has rapidly declined. I will give the staff the benefit of the doubt on unavailable items like sweeteners, produce, etc. due to the supply chain shortages we are facing. Those things are out of their control, but what they can control like customer care and cleanliness leaves quite a bit to be desired. As far as the ordering process at this location, unless you visit when the “older” staff members are working you are not going to get great service. The teens and college kids who work at this location LOVE to use their phones while on the clock and cannot be bothered with taking your order or providing service most of the time. They seem to make themselves scarce when customers are waiting to order or simply need a to go box, and if you want to complain about ANYTHING (your order included) good luck with that because literally no one cares.
