I had the best surprise stop at Panera Bread in Fairfield, Ohio this morning. I originally stopped going after learning they had discontinued their Sesame Seed Bagels—they were always my favorite, and I genuinely missed them.
Today, on a whim (and maybe a little wishful thinking), I walked in and headed to the counter. There it was… a rack of fresh bagels—and to my absolute surprise: Sesame Bagels were back!
The baker shared that after a nationwide customer mutiny, Panera brought them back, and I couldn’t be happier. The bagels were hot, fresh, and exactly as good as I remembered.
On top of that, the staff was wonderful—friendly, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
So glad to have those amazing sesame bagels back in my life. Well done, Panera Fairfield—you’ve officially won me back!

I came thru here on a sunday evening and ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and turkey cheddar sandy. the food was soo comforting and delicious. the woman working the window was incredibly nice. unfortunately politeness is a lost art these days, so her kind manner really stuck out to me!

I placed a delivery order from Panera Bread and was extremely disappointed. My $13.59 mac & cheese was missing from the order, despite paying a $5.83 “confidence fee,” a $1.00 delivery fee, and an $8.73 tip.
When I called the store to resolve the issue, the manager refused to give me her name or provide any contact information for corporate. She hung up on me twice instead of helping.
This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I expect better service and accountability, especially considering the extra fees charged for delivery and “order accuracy.”

Prices have become laughable and this location is often out of ingredients to make the sandwiches appropriately. Occasionally things will be missing from your order, even if it’s an order of 2-3 items.

If I could give 0 I would, I’ve always come to this location for years and always asked for just noodles for soup for a 1 YEAR OLD BABY( picky eater) , through a drive through… immediately I get disrespected on the intercom at the drive through, saying it would be unfair for all other customers. AS IF IT WAS COMING OUT OF THEIR CHECKS… to just even serve me barely any noodles for a cup of soup. Disrespectful and horrible service at this location. 11-1-25 at 3:20 pm

This is a brand new location and it was very nice inside and out. The employees were courteous and busy cleaning or serving while we were inside. We both ordered the pick 2 with soup and salad. My issue is, when my salad came out the bowl was barely half-full and my soup was room temperature. I was very underwhelmed by the food. I’m hoping it was just a quirk in a fairly new restaurant and that this will be resolved soon. I would definitely try this location again in the future but hoping to be served food at the proper temperature and feel like I got what I paid for.

Ordered a turkey avocado BLT. Had to substitute the bread which was fine but then the tomato basil bread I got with my sandwich had a cinnamon sugar glaze that didn’t taste right on the bread and made the sandwich difficult to eat. They also forgot the bacon. Hope my next visit goes better

Went through the drive thru ordered a Pick 2 with an apple. Wonder if they would eat this apple themselves or give it to a family member? Had the nerve to seal the bag knowing they gave me this dead apple. It’s a shame. They knew it too! Whoever put this apple in my bag should be fired. Period.SMH

I stopped by to pick up dinner. They were out of bread bowls. I ordered the margarita pizza intead (I thought it came with chicken before). Pictures provided show what it is suppose to look like and what you actually get. Pizza was cold by the time I got home (2 minutes away). For the price and quality I would not recommend this place.
