Every table was dirty. Trash all over the floor. I spoke to 2 employees and they never even spoke back to me. How rude!? Very disappointing considering I love Panera. I got the Cesar salad. Little to no dressing on it. Had to go back and ask for more. Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Stale bread baguette. A reasonable person would expect more for the price. $14.00+ for one person.

I LOVE this place!! Every manager/staff member are always super kind, welcoming, and helpful. I come here like literally 2 or 3 times a day. I love and take full advantage of my “Sip Club” membership. $11.99 a month and you get a free drink any size or kind every 2 hour’s. Plus a bunch of other perks and rewards. All 3 flavors of the Charges Up Lemonades are awesome and loaded with caffeine. Plus the first 2 months of the membership are free as well. The food is delicious too! Definitely my favorite place to grab some breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I heard a lady near me talking about how the soup was smaller and so after using my high powered photographic memory I recalled how they were bigger bowls! To help others with their memory, here is a picture of the new vs the old. As you can see the new is more of a conical shape where as the old was a deep cylindrical shape. So now, after spending higher prices for smaller portions, I can’t go back to any Panera any more. It’s just not worth it.

Clean facility. Very friendly and helpful staff taking orders. I watched the staff prepare my food and they were very well prepped…gloves and head covering on. The steak and white cheddar cheese sandwich was good. The chocolate cookie tasted different. Not sure if they changed the recipe.

Awful customer service. Staff person did not acknowledge us. Walked by us and ignored us as if we were invisible. It wasn’t anywhere near busy in the place. Rude. Can’t see any reason to return here.

Service was absolutely horrendous. Food was fine, mostly anyway, but service was just so bad. Panera has always been a place I thought I could rely on for a good experience, as I have experienced with other locations, but this one just did not do well. Timeliness was fine, we ordered curbside pickup and made sure to leave a tip through the app since we had curbside. After waiting for about 8 minutes a girl came out and couldn’t find our car (right in front of the building, only honda accord there, which we included in curbside instructions), but whatever. I walked over and directed her towards our car where she told us that they didn’t have the muffins we ordered, so she would get something to replace it. Wasn’t the kindest, but I was sure she was just a little upset since she had to go back in to get something else. She brought out one item that was worth less than the price of a muffin, and we even ordered two muffins, so we lost about $5 there. No big deal. But what really stuck was this: as she hands the food to us, she refuses to make eye contact and says “here’s your bread or some s***”. Leaves without another word. The bread inside is as stale and hard as rock, and the baguette that was in a different bag was just thrown in without a wrapper or anything. Sandwich still tasted alright, but upset that I lost quite a few dollars and some precious time we could’ve spent elsewhere as my friends and I were on a road trip. I still like other locations but this was one of my friend’s first experience, and he says he will not be going back, even if all of the rest of us are. I will certainly not return to this location, very unfortunate that the poor service ruined the whole experience.

Always good service at Bridgewater Panera. All of the soufflés are great as well as the bagels. A favorite is broccoli cheddar soup. I wish they’d bring back the raspberry almond thumbprint cookie.
