I love this Panera! It’s a lot brighter than the other Panera in Mansfield. The food is expensive, but really good. I frequently use their rewards here, as well as the “sip club”. Though, I don’t favor the fact that they moved the “charged” lemonades behind the counter. It takes forever to track down a worker for them to fill my cup up.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 toasted plain bagels with cream cheese and a brownie. The bagels were cold and only got 1 of 2 cream cheese. Going through the drive thru was a waste of time, since I had to go in for the cream cheese. The bagels had an old and stale taste the cream cheese couldn’t cover up. The brownie was ok, it wasn’t worth the $4.

My rapid pick up order was ready 20 minutes after it was supposed to be. It was cold, because half the time it was just sitting there waiting on the bagel. The order was been given to me and was missing half of the items. I tried to speak to a manager and they seem to not care at all due to all this waiting not only is my food cold, but I won’t even be able to eat it because I’m on my lunch break.
