The only thing I’ll give them credit for on the food is that my sandwich tasted pretty good but that’s due to it being smothered in garlic aioli. It dripped so much grease I decided not to finish it.
The chicken in the strawberry poppyseed salad is flavorless, looks and feels like rubber, and has a strange aftertaste.
Oh and we got a frozen strawberry lemonade that, get this, was almost flavorless.
Overall, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place until they figure out they can’t get away with selling rubber chicken in a $13 salad and having sick kids serve your food.
It really disappoints me too because I used to really like this place before they swapped all of their ingredients to bland, rubbery imitations just like subway did.
Support local businesses! 🙂
• While I was waiting for my food, two young adult employees, one man and one woman, were flirting on the job right in front of me while deciding who would make my order, which was the ONLY order that was left on the screen, with the man saying how he hates making the sandwich I made, which is a Green Garden Caprese Melt, so the lady he was with said that he would make the sandwich “just for him.”
• When I received the email, it said that I would have it by 4:56pm EST, and I didn’t receive it until 5:10pm all because nobody noticed my order on the screen and were slacking off.
• Upon receiving my order, my melt had to be separated through my own efforts (which I don’t mind but seriously though).
• On top of having to split my own sandwich, they never gave me my cup that I ordered with my sandwich, chips, and bowl of soup.
• As I was throwing my napkin away, I found the trash can filled to the brim.
The Panera Bread located at the Strip Plaza in North Canton, Ohio IS NOT worth wasting your time and money on – I DO NOT recommend it and I will never come to this location in the future!
