Ordered a salad waited 20 minutes and when I get home the salad had No chicken, No blue cheese crumble, there was wilted lettuce in the bowl. I find paying $13 for a salad you have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru for should be prepared properly.

I love Panera and have always had good service at my local one. However, the Pecan Braids are like ROCKS!!! I was told before they would speak with the kitchen. Speedy service. Went through drive through only but workers were fast and friendly. I’m loving the new pizza (at least new to me) on the menu. Had the pepperoni/sausage and it was great. Would highly recommend.
