They do breakfast right! But, we went there for lunch this week, 3/28/23, and ordered their Buffalo Chicken sandwich. I ate the first half and it was mostly bread. I opened the other half and you can see in the photo there was hardly any chicken, or onions or sauce. This is the manager’s fault for not properly training the sandwich maker, and for not monitoring the quality of their lunch offerings. My wife’s sandwich was equally void of ingredients. Come on Panera, easy fix here. You’re better than this.

The store was clean and neat, and so were the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! I got the Nape chicken sandwich meal and a drink, and it was delicious and served fast. I will be here again soon.

This location has more bakery items on hand than all the other nearby locations. This location is the messiest though. The self serve drink area is always a disaster, countertop filthy, lids not stocked. I even had to wait for them to refill the drink canister and that’s not a fast process. The lids DON’T stayed on 100% of the time, but that’s not that locations fault. It’s a design flaw, since places are cutting down on their own cost.

Floors are covered with food…and, the cashier, in front of my husband, walked away without saying anything to him after the previous customer had placed a order with her. The cashier just walked away and never came back to my husband. She did not acknowledge his presence at all. No explanation! No hello! No “just a minute”. Another employee had to come over to take his order. (Not busy place at 3:23 p.m.)

The staff are so unprofessional it’s sad they’re yelling throughout the store so everyone can hear their arguments one girl maybe 16 years old that works there sittin in the middle of the floor while people need their order taken. If you try to do doordash they won’t help you with your order and it takes 5 times as long as any other restaurant and it’s not just this Panera it’s all of them. This place should be shut down.
