I’m part of the Sippy club and the place is great fireplace. The lady behind the register was totally cool. Gave her my number she gave my cup. Instructed me where to go so just like home. The Internet was good. Coffee was great. It truly is a nice stop I’ll be back and being from Chicago. We’re kind of spoiled in this place fit fit the bill. Thank you.

I only do drive thru lately. I get the Mediterranean salad with balsamic dressing and I Like it a lot. It is soo good! I also get the cherry Danish dessert and it is also one of my favorites. All of their food is fresh and delicious!

This was a really disappointing experience. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me. There was a sign at the register stating “Kiosk orders only,” and no cashier available, so I had no choice but to use the kiosk.

After placing my order, I waited for quite some time with no updates. Eventually, I checked the pickup rack myself and found that my order had been sitting there—no one let me know it was ready. Throughout my entire visit, I had zero interaction with any employee. No hello, no order notification, no goodbye—nothing.

To make matters worse, the seal on my bottled water was already broken, which I didn’t notice until I arrived at my destination. The bottle was also filled completely to the top, which felt odd and raised concerns about possible tampering. I couldn’t even drink it.

Overall, the lack of basic customer service and the issue with the drink were unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

these days, talking to a manager doesn’t really do much. at least at most places it doesn’t

but the manager here went above and beyond to fix an issue. the forgot half our order and we didn’t realize it til we got home.

they offered to make the sandwich we paid for and didn’t get but it was more nuanced than that. it’s a 26 min drive each way so all the food got cold in the process of returning to get what was missing. the manager understood that, was so helpful and apologetic and remade the whole order (minus the cookie cuz we kept that)

these days managers act like the food comes out of their check and acts like they’re doing us a favor for giving us what we paid for (cough cough, McDonald’s)

so this was a refreshing experience and I felt validated and taken care of.

*EDITED TO ADD* i didnt notice, he gave me and my girlfriend each a cookie. thanks man!

Cookie was too crispy. Sandwich was great. Nice and soft bread. Tea was great also. Miss the days where you would get a thank you or welcome.

Service at this and it’s Sister locations in Oakwood and Macedonia is very inconsistent but typically slow. Often see employees standing still chatting amongst themselves or looking at phones while I’m waiting on Coffee or a donut (the easiest things to prepare)

Okay. Today I ordered pick two that cost over 13 dollars. I did not get my side. No potato chips. The last time I was there and got a pick two, no spoon for my soup and no napkins. The wait time is rediculous. They totally need more help. Food is good but 13.45 for a pick two with missing items after I wait for 15 minutes is not good.
