I went to get my car washed and on my return thought to myself I haven’t been to Panera in 15 years and used to love it.
I was saddened by the experience
It is now Kiosk only, and the sandwiches were cold on the inside.
No wonder the place was practically empty at 10 am on a Saturday.
went in expecting the old cozy Panera Bread vibe — warm bread smell, someone at the counter, that comforting “this feels familiar” energy — and instead got kiosks and a cold sandwich.

Ordered a rapid pickup and arrived at the correct time. My order said ready on the pickup screen but wasn’t on the shelf. I then saw the order be taken off the screen and I was waiting for someone to become available. A single missing cookie made them hold the order and wait for me to find someone to get my order.
When I got home the soups were all missing the croutons and my french dipped was mostly just bread. I have an example of what you order vs what you get in images. Total rip off.

I had an issue with a different Panera. They didn’t give me something in my order and Zach took care of me fixed. It made it right. He was awesome and friendly. Good service running around like crazy trying to get the orders out. He needs a raise that made my day because he really helped me and made it better thank you Zach!!!

This was my 1st time at this location & my first time in over a decade, having Panera Bread. The establishment is very clean. I had the Steak & Wake, add aguacate . OMG Delicious! Decadent! My taste buds are very pleased. ✨ and give Shyann a raise ✨

Our dashel Wendy called when picking up our family feast order. There were only 3 cookies(4). No broccoli cheese soup.so we asked for tomato. Should have been a quart we ended up with a cup. She did have them replace those items. No baguette either. This was a 6 pm order on 12/3/25. This is the 3rd time. May not order again

It’s Saturday morning and they have kiosk only ordering. The kiosks were not working, so I asked an employee to check out. She was visibly annoyed that I needed help. There was at most 5 employees in the entire place, only 3 total working in the front. They had almost no bagels left at 10am.
Terrible service, terrible atmosphere. This place used to have a ton of employees working who actually helped. They clearly only care about making an extra dollar or two.

First and last time I will go to this location.
I was with my aunt and daughter . I know that the cashier heard my daughters order, even asked her if she wanted bread with it . Time for our food to be ready, they only gave us mine and my aunts order. Said they didnt have a 3rd order for us . We repaid for what she wanted and waited again for her meal to be ready . The server pretty much threw her plate of food at her ! Its not our fault YOU guys messed up the order. Don’t got to take your IGNORANCE out on the customer’s. If ya dont like your job, find another . Mean people suck!

I was there with my daughter around noon earlier this week. Paid over 20 dollars for what was essentially a school lunch, but that’s my bad for getting Panera. What isn’t my bad is seeing a cockroach in the dining room and then getting interrupted with a “I’ll be with I’ll be with you in a minute sir” while trying to bring it up with an employee. If you like Panera, I wouldn’t go to this one.

I still wish they would offer the avocado toast as an option for lunch and not just for breakfast . And that yellow egg on the breakfast sandwich is absolutely horrible!!! It’s like eating plastic!! With that being said, I will say that the lunch sandwiches are very tasty , and also the lemonade flavors . The reason I gave 4 stars for service is because twice my order was wrong. The staff was friendly, but still my orders were wrong.
