It was not busy at all yesterday when we stopped for lunch. So many of the staff were standing around talking. I kid you not the dinning area was horrible! Not one clean table to sit at, we had wipe our own table in order to sit at it, another table had dirty dishes on it from someone who just left it without throwing there owne dishes in the trash. Another family came in and had to clean off a table also in order to sit down to eat. In no way were they under staffed, plenty of people standing around that could of wiped tables off. Also large amounts of food on the floor.

I ordered the Mediterranean Veggies sandwich, French onion soup and a green passion smoothie. I had a cold and it definitely jumpstarted my immune system. Staff was more than friendly and courteous with the food turning out beautifully.

Very disappointed. I spent 52$ and they Didn’t get my order right. The flat bread pizza it’s not real sauce it’s the tomato soup and they just pour it. The sand which i received the bread was extremely soggy. And they put the wrong ingredients on there. ♀️ over all it was bad and I wanna never order from here again.

Terrible service!! Ordered a lemonade through the app for pick up. When I arrived, they gave me tea instead since they were out of stock….. why wouldn’t they ask what I would like instead of just assuming? It would take a minute tops to ask the customer what drink they would prefer and fill a cup and hand it to them. Lazy lazy lazy

I love panera. I think Morgan in medina took my order once, and she had made my day, just by being so kind. I love that the medina one has kiosks to put your order in. I can’t wait for Wadsworth to do that. Sometimes, I just dont feel like socializing or waiting, so this made it very convenient to get in and out. I have been a sip club member since it first started and really like the selection of beverages that they offer. I know their bagels and soups are really good, too. I haven’t tried their melts, but they look good. Parking lot is always clean, and the staff is always friendly, even to each other.

First off I had to order like 10 different things to finally get something they actually had in stock, and there strawberry banana smoothie tasted watered down, and all I tasted was bland stale yogurt. Didn’t really taste anything that resembles strawberry or banana. Oh and the condition of the drivethrew is like going off roading.
