Went to Panera today. The hubby ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Went to pick up the food and there was no bacon on it. I took it back up to ask if they could put bacon on it and the 5 people behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid. They said the bacon was under the cheese. I took it back to my husband. He got halfway through the sandwich, no bacon. So he dipped it in his bacon mac n cheese. Whatever. Ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter to take home. It was burnt to a crisp. I called the store and the manager didn’t apologize but blamed it on his new and inexperienced staff. I don’t normally leave reviews…but this sandwich earns a top spot in what NOT to wrap up and send on its way. The poor girl at the front counter was super busy and I witnessed what appeared to be two managers in the front dining area chit chatting, completely unaware of how busy they were. Bad service is one thing….but bad service, bad food, and terrible management is another. Ok. That’s my bad review for the year.

My personal experience with the food has usually been positive. However, this review isn’t about the food — it’s about management.
I’ve noticed several reviews mentioning a rude manager without naming her. The general manager’s name is Tina. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism has been noticeable enough to appear in multiple reviews, which is concerning given that she is responsible for leading and coaching the staff.
I have personally witnessed yelling and degrading communication toward employees. That type of behavior creates a hostile work environment and contributes to high staff turnover, which ultimately impacts customer service. Reading through other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated concern.
I encourage customers who experience poor service to take note of the manager’s name so feedback can be directed appropriately. Constructive accountability is the only way meaningful improvement can happen — for both customers and the staff who deserve a respectful workplace.

I ordered my food to go, and when I unwrapped my sandwich, this is what it looked like. The entire sandwich was completely soggy, the bread was smashed, and everything looked like it had just been thrown together. There was no structure at all the filling was soaked through the paper, and the bread was falling apart. It honestly looked unappetizing and careless. I was really disappointed because this isn’t what you expect when paying for a meal, especially one meant to be handheld. I couldn’t even eat it.

Have gone to this Panera twice in the last month. Both times waited over 20mins in the drive thru line. Neither of these times did anybody come out and even acknowledge that it would take a little longer than usual. Horrible customer service. On the second time coming through, I was the ONLY vehicle waiting in line. We ordered a cup of soup and a side salad, that’s it! Waited over 20 minutes and when the girl working the window gave us our food, no sorry, no offering to make it right, nothing. Will never be coming back to this specific location and will tell all of my family and friends to avoid this Panera Bread. They SUCK

I really liked the food, especially the ciabatta cheesesteak, the atmosphere was very fresh, I loved it a lot, maybe I’ll go back to Pobrar, the coffee is a delight.

This was the first and very last time we will ever order from here again the bagel was burnt to a crisp the chicken salad was super soggy with wilted lettuce and the salad was maybe a day old not fresh at all PLUS the bread THAT GOES WITH IT wasn’t even wrapped just thrown in the bag it took over 25 minutes to pick up an order that was placed online and the staff is just obviously untrained and busy chatting to each other this is the nastiest restaurant I have ever ordered from expensive and gross DO NOT ORDER HERE YOU WILL FEEL AND BE SO RIPPED OFF AND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

Was very “meh”; don’t know why I was expecting more…. but for $8 bucks, maybe enough egg to fill the bread at least. I understand the bacon being the portion it was. The chibotta bread tastes just fine. Just an average experience.
Loved their melts, so I expected maybe the same effort for their melts as their simple orders too. Maybe just not a breakfast go to anymore when I want something fast.
