The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service is sufficient even during busy times. I have found my new go-to location to take my eight-year-old for lunch. She loves the mac and cheese. I recommend the fugi apple salad.

The food is good, if you get what you ordered. In the past 3 years, I’d estimate that less than 25% of my orders I have placed for pick up were correct, and the mechanism for correcting the situation has been “tell manager XXX that you are owed a [insert missing item]”. My order yesterday was missing 3 items. I don’t want any compensation, I just want someone there to give the minimal effort to ensure orders are being completed in an accurate manner. No one expects 100% accuracy from a fast food place, but the success rate at this place is appalling.

I tried to order a chicken salad sandwich and asked to switch the bread to whole wheat. They told me I could not substitute the bread and I had to have ciabatta (but the chicken salad sandwich comes with the sourdough standard?). I checked the app and told them I could switch it on the app and they told me to just order on the app then.

Expect your order to be incredibly early (for delivery) or incredible late (pick up). First they couldn’t find me order then it’ll be ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. Go to Avon instead. Worth the drive
