So disappointing now. The food here used to be good but now it is overpriced and tastes like it has been sitting for a long time. The cashier who rang me out was very nice and that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Basic Panera in a very safe area. Plenty of parking. Service is great. Place is clean. @dieselandmo

I submitted an online order night before for a pick up. The store didn’t have my order ready when I arrived, making me late for a meeting. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic about the delay. One of the worst experiences I have had and I wont be using them in the future.

My friend & I both had something wrong with the breakfast sandwiches we ordered, which was disappointing. Cute & clean inside though & plenty of parking.

This is a great place and has many healthy options. It’s one of my favorite restaurants to eat if I want a nice meal but without the expensive price tag to go with it.

Panera used to be one of my favorite places & I would frequently order breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Lately, I feel as though their service has lacked and food reflective of the service. While the Brecksville location seems to be the best out of all the locations I’ve visited (vs Strongsville, mult. Cleveland locations, Parma, Mayfield, Canton, NY, Columbus, Sandusky, etc) I’m still disappointed, especially with how costly everything has become. The coffee used to be robust with flavor and I didn’t mind driving out of my way just to enjoy a morning cup of hazelnut coffee. The bakery used to always be fresh and a delight to indulge in. As much as their coffee tasted like an awful watered down, flavorless version of what I used to enjoy, the bakery always tastes like it was a few days old – dry, stale and just blah. But, at least this way, I’m saving more money by not making visits as often as I used to.

Very disappointed that this location has opted to replace their in-person cashiers with screens. Not only does it detract from the atmosphere but it decreases the quality and convenience.

Sadly a negative experience here.
• We ordered a bagel sandwich, they replaced it with something else we did not want, without letting us know.
• I saw the Shift Mgr. behind the counter, take away our chips when clearly the sandwich came with chips after looking at receipt.
• After we sat down, it was freezing in the dining room, 40° out & they had air conditioning on, we asked to turn air off & it continued to run. Apparently customers are last to be comfortable.
• $9 for a “bowl” of soup that was clearly a CUP of soup.
• $6.50 for a “1/2 sandwich” with bread falling apart.
This is all pathetic! Panera get your “stuff” together.
Way overpriced for smaller portion than before.
Our bill was over $35 for
1 coffee, 1 pick-2,
1 bowl soup, 1 Sandwich.
Sadly & clearly a negative experience.

A smaller location than others I have been to. The staff was friendly and I got my drink quickly. The coffee was hot and fresh when I arrived.

I felt like I was in a high school cafeteria with all the employees being loud, calling out to other workers, and not doing much else. Floors were dirty, my table had to be wiped off before I sat down. My fork given with my salad was dirty. It seemed the small girl with her arm in a sling was more productive than some others prepping the food while laughing and congregating talking loudly behind the back counter. I come to eat and not hear shenanigans all around disturbing my space. They all mocked and talked about the police officer who entered for coffee and made remarks after he left. I am ashamed of their behavior all around.
