Slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Just. Don’t. Go. I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence but here I am sitting in line again for 20 minutes to get a iced green tea. They never even apologize for the delay. No joke all the ice was Melted in the drink when I got it.

Service wasn’t bad. Food was pretty good. My “warm chocolate chipper” wasn’t warm but that didn’t stop me from eating it. Panera is a favorite of ours, I just wish it wasn’t soooo expensive. It costs more to eat there than fancier dine in restaurants and I don’t know who I am tipping when I deliver my own food and bus my own tables but I leave full and not feeling disgusting

I like Panera but this one falls short, they serve cold soup and the skimpiest amount of chicken on an already overpriced sandwich. It’s very dirty in general, paint chipping off walls, booth seats peeling, dusty equipment in food preparation area. When I made an employee aware they offered no sort of concern or desire to clean or resolve issues with cold food besides for telling me to microwave it myself. Find another Panera or another place to eat because this one is disgusting

Consistently the area’s absolutely slowest Panera in the region. Even when they are not busy. I don’t get it.
Also, I could be wrong, but it really seems like they refuse work on more than one order at a time:
Like they’ll take one car’s order, than have the next car wait until they’ve cashed that car out, prepared their order, handed it to them, then sent them on their way, before even taking the next order.

Something needs to be reevaluated about the process here. This store is UNBELIEVABLY slow. I’d love to come here more often, but you waste half of your lunch just sitting in the drive thru. I’ve tried giving this place 3 chances hoping I came on a bad day. Only consistent thing about this specific place is they’re reliably going to waste your time.

They offer very small quantities of soup and don’t fill the container even though it’s pricey. When asked to properly fill the cup the manager refused without even looking at the cup. Very expensive and bad service. Not worth it.
