I visit this Panera location often and consistently have a great experience. The food is always fresh, and the calm environment makes it a perfect place to relax or get some work done. The staff is friendly and clearly well trained, which makes each visit enjoyable. When interacting with the manager recently, he was very friendly and personable even during a high volume time, and I want to give special recognition to him for running such an organized and welcoming location — it really shows in the quality of service and overall atmosphere. Great job all around!

So nice to come here for delicious lunch or snack. First time I came here, I’m pleased how nice this Panera really offers variety of healthy food choices on their menu and great location nearby stores and Aldi’s and Pinecrest shopping outlet which is just few blocks away from here! I ordered my Mac n’ cheese, so good !! Definitely be coming back here next time! Staff members were very nice and order was made promptly I didn’t wait long for my order to be done! So nice warm, cozy place to hang out and enjoy their delicious food.

Me and my mother wanted something to eat that’s really good so we stopped at Panera bread on Richmond road. I just have to say that the staff in the evening shift were awesome … I want to give a special thanks to the cashier Natalie she is such a beautiful person and we appreciate her and the crew she was with .. thank you for a interesting visit food was perfect.

I would give zero if google allowed it. I had sent my husband to pick up my order. He came home without my coffee. He told me they did not give him my coffee. He said they handed him a bag and that was it. I call.. she catches an attitude with me immediately. Implies my husband lied. Told me that there is no coffee for me there that they gave it to him. I replied with “well if you gave it to him then he’d be standing here with my coffee” she keeps repeating that he took the coffee. I finally snap and demand a refund. Her response?! “Ok hold on i have to make sure the coffee is still here to issue the refund” im just in shock at that point. She returns to the phone and says “the coffee is sitting here i can issue you the refund”
At this point, it’s very clear that she was just looking for trouble. We called a week later from that incident and she said that she issued it to the company, but they would have to send me my money back. It has been over two weeks now And I still did not receive that refund. A few bucks doesn’t really matter to me, but the way she treated me was just ridiculous and uncalled for. Y’all need to do better because this is just unacceptable.

Back again! For the second time to get give them another chance. However, we didn’t even get our food! We pulled in at 8:40pm they close at 9pm. We tried to go through the drive through but they decided today they wanted to close early! The girl working ran out and put the damn orange cones right at the beginning of the drive through laughing and on her phone while we were pulling in the parking lot! So funny I almost forgot to laugh! Well, no more chances at this Panera! 😉

The worst Panera I ever been. Ordered soup and sandwich,and full sandwich. Both sandwiches same size, just the full sandwich was cut in half,so it has been told me it’s full sandwich because of that. Anyway, it was half size then in different locations. And the sandwich was soo salty, thought what they want to hide with it. Also got sliced bread, and no heels. Isn’t that the best part? Never again!

Stopoed in with a friend after a trip to the gym. The Cesar salad was awful. Wilted, slightly brown and tasteless. I ordered a bowl of onion soup and received a cup. Your associates do not listen and communicate well. And you consistently close the drive through. ??? Very concerning.

We eat at panera all over northeast Ohio. Once a month we eat at this one when my aunt has a doctors appointment nearby. This is, by far, the absolute slowest service! I keep thinking it will get better. But, no, today it’s actually worse. THIRTY minutes for a Greek salad!

Worst cafe I have ever been too …Horrible experience spoke with the general manager Natalie & she was so rude and unprofessional to customers & also her staff I over heard her continuously yelling at them. Also My order was incorrect once I received it missing several items. I dined in with my family the dining room was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Food was cold we waited over a hour and a half. A bug was in my macaroni as well when I approached the counter to fix the problem it was numerous nets by the coolers where food is placed and all over the walls. Visited the bathroom while we waited was beyond nasty tissue everywhere urine on the seats and floor …the lists goes on this place needs to be shut down
