It’s cold today, so I came in for some soup and coffee. First, there was no coffee available nor any hot water for tea. No one offered to make fresh which is ok, I guess. I got hot water from the girl in the back. The woman that took my order and my money didn’t bother to steer me away from coffee even though what was available was colder than the room temperature. She knew there was none.
The soup is cold straight from the back. How? Good question. There is no salt or pepper in the diningroom and they didn’t seem bothered. I did not get salt or pepper.
I didn’t throw a tantrum or make a fuss. I wouldn’t bother leaving a bad review unless staff just doesn’t care. Such was the case today. Very disappointing.
I don’t recommend this Panera. It’s just not good.

Ordered the chipotle chicken egg sandwich. It was cold and slimy and mushy. Took it back the counter and got attitude about remaking it and arguing. It was remade. It was again cold and slimy. Only the bread was warm. Threw it away and left. Would not recommend this location.

My friend brought me here for lunch. We both ordered the same thing. Tomato soup & 1/2 tuna sandwich. We were told by the cashier that my friend’s name would be called when the order was ready. We sat near where the order would be called. No one every called out her name. We were talking and I noticed nats flying around above us and they were on the wall where we were sitting. So, we moved to another table. So, after about 15 minutes or so I went to the counter to check to see if our order was ready. It was ready & I looked at it and noticed no spoons on the plate. So, I asked the young man for 2 spoons & 1 folk. He stated, I gave those to you. I said no you did not, look only 2 knives. He said oh, I got it and gave me what I asked for. I went back to my table. My friend & myself realized the soup was cold. My friend went to the counter to inform someone her soup was cold. The same young man I spoke to told her, there’s the microwave. So, she went to microwave and heated her soup. So, she came back to the table and informed me the same. Then I took my cold soup and heated my soup as well. Now this young man was not exactly apologetic and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. We arrived at Panera around 12:30pm until we left on 1/7/2026. Also, I noticed nats on the wall as we were leaving the second table where we moved to. I didn’t think about speaking with a manager. Hopefully, this review will be read by someone who can affect change and promote better service.

The place was somewhat clean and organized, despite some dirty tables. However, the bathroom were a little smelly and the staff is below par. Most importantly though, the morning shift manager is very rude and unpleasant. It’s like she just wake up and was forced to come to work … no smile, no courtesy, no kindness, and useless. I am very disappointed with this Panera location as I was expecting a high level customer service considering the area in which this cafe is located. It is a bit pricey as well. The bagels were a little dry and the coffee was just warm (not hot) as the dispensers didn’t indicate the brewing times unlike other Panera locations. This place needs many improvements on the customer service level and the foods/drinks it offers.

I was running late and didn’t prepare lunch. I was ordering from Starbucks and noticed Panera in the same plaza. I order the Cesar salad with Chicken. I didn’t care for their dressing. It’s too “fishy”. I’m glad I had my Cesar dressing. The salad was fresh and the chicken was plentiful. I didn’t notice any Parmesan cheese on the salad, other than that, it was good. It also came with a baguette, which was fresh. I would most likely order again.

Bunch of people who does not know what they are doing I order a sandwich it took them 30 min to tell that there is no tomato for it while the lady went to the back and brought it expecting me to wait an other 30 min neither my other food was ready !

The team lead during our visit on Monday September 1st was slow and inattentive. The drinks she made us were under portioned and she acted as if she couldn’t be bothered and commented that she couldn’t wait to leave. Other employees could be heard cussing and despite people waiting to be helped there was no sense of urgency.

Panera is a great spot when you want something
quick and tasty. The broccoli cheddar soup is really good, and the grilled cheese sandwich is amazing. The pasta is pretty good too, but they put way too much sauce on it – and you can’t ask for less, which is annoying. The cookies are also a must try, they’re so good. Overall, it’s affordable, fast, and mostly great, just not a fan of how they handle the pasta.

The atmosphere at this place is amazing! The crowd consists of a quiet, peaceful people. No annoying background music; just pure tranquility. The noodle bowl that I ordered was just awful – horrible, but that was my fault, as I neglected to bring it to the attention of management (I’m sure something in it had been burned). Despite the awful $9.00 entree, the vibes of this place was worth it.
