Customer concerns go unanswered. No one reached out with my concern of a stale hard pastry ring. It was nasty and old. Why would you try & sell this?? I guess when it’s independently owned you can do what you want. So I can as well. There are to many Paneras around that would gladly take my business. When you ask the girl if they are fresh tell them not to lie just have them ask instead of saying yes. Makes for poor business.

It appears from the outside that finding parking is difficult but you can park in the garage in the back for an hour for free. There is also usually some meter parking available around. It has a lot of space although outlets are not available from every table. Usually pretty quick service and a good place for meeting.

On the outside it might not look huge but the inside of the store is very spacious and has lots of tables to work at. One part of the store even has a fireplace which makes dining/ working there rather homey. There is meter parking on the side street next to the store and there is a parking garage behind the store that is free for the first hour. It’s pretty quiet inside which makes working there very helpful but sometimes it can be difficult to find an outlet!
