The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing, and very clean. I got the Mac and Cheese and a Fuji Apple Salad. Everything is quickly made and prepared. The cashiers and even those who clean up the tables are so kind and ask how you’re doing with a smile. This really makes my day, as I can assume many others. The food was filling, great portions for what you pay, and I love the flavor profile. The employees all around are nice, timely, and friendly. Thank you for great service. You’re not overlooked!

This place is always short-staffed and takes a long time to prepare food. I ordered a sandwich and salad at 6pm, and the app showed a 6:30 pickup time, but I received it at 7:10, even though it was a rapid pickup. Seriously, how long does it take to make a sandwich and salad? The app indicated it was ready, but it never actually was. I asked a staff member about my order, and she said they were still working on it. After another 10 minutes, I asked again, and they started looking for it. I finally got my order after over an hour. Now, I go to Macedonia Panera Bread instead, even though I live in Twinsburg.

The days of Panera Bread being an enjoyable dining experience are long gone. Look no further than the Twinsburg location of Panera. Visited during the dinner hour on a Sunday evening and I don’t think there were more than three people working, with no one at the registers. The place was so dimly lit, I thought it might have been closed. Dirty dishes were not only stacked up at the trash receptacles, but also on tables. My tepid ‘bowl’ of soup seemed barely more than a quarter cup, while my sandwich wasn’t warm and sloppily served up, to boot. Just sad all the way around. I won’t be back.

First off. It took 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered. Then they charged me extra for avocado, which I asked for, but they didn’t but it on my sandwich. They were moving so slow and it made me late. And my sandwich was missing the top part and the meet on half of it. Not happy

Ordered green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and there is zero chicken on my salad. Awesome way to spend $12. Not sure why I don’t open up the bag before I leave and make sure things are made the correct way without missing one of the main, and most expensive ingredients. Thanks Panera!

I will never eat here again. The price of food for the amount you get is total bullcrap. The Mac and cheese was barely Luke warm for the actual 4 bites you get $6.99. And they forgot to add the bread. This place is freaking crazy with its prices.

It was yummy. I got the Fuji Apple Salad. I wish they had pictures of the food but it came out so big and full of flavor. I like the customer service. They didn’t have thr bread I wanted though…

Thanks for the burnt bagel. I don’t get how a food service even thinks it’s okay to present a customer with burnt food. The girl who made it burnt it and I guess she was lazy and didn’t want to toast another one? But then she handed it off to another worker to call me and she also did not think anything was wrong with the food. So I guess this is common practice here. I ate what I could. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is b/c of the cashiers. Very nice ladies
