I’m sorry but if I’m paying almost $9 then I expect a bowl that is full of French onion soup with melted cheese, not a bowl that is too big for their portioned “bowl” of soup. I asked the server if she could top it off and she said that the soup is pre portioned and she can’t fill it up. Very disappointed in the portion size for the price. Never ordering soup here again. To top it all off the soup was too salty for my taste. Maybe it is left over from yesterday and dried up from being in a warmer all day?? Wouldn’t be surprised because of the way it tasted. Their bagels are good and their sandwiches are better, so I will come back, just not for soup….

We ordered 3 large takeout sandwiches. And we got 1 large, and two half. We’re regular customer in this location. What I noticed about this store is the people preparing the food are talking too much and less focus on preparing. This is not the first time that happened.

Friends and I stopped in for coffee, tea, and dessert. A pleasant young woman helped out our cashier and let us know she was almost done brewing fresh decaf.

As a vegan, I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Panera on multiple occasions. Despite specifically requesting no chicken in my salad, I’ve found a single piece of chicken in it FOUR separate times. Most of the time, the chicken is on top, but this last time, it was underneath, and I ended up eating almost the entire salad before realizing it. It’s not that they put a large amount of chicken, but a single piece, which makes it even more confusing and concerning. It feels as if they’re almost doing it on purpose. This is not acceptable, and it really undermines the trust I have in their ability to handle dietary requests.

**Store Manager actually started arguing with me when I called… !**
She said that she made the order, so she knows it was right… I’ve attached pictures of 2 of the items (can’t take a picture of missing items), and the store receipt. I am a First Responder/Covid ICU Nurse – I have worked across the country & lived in hotels for 2 1/2 years (hence, I order butter, extra sauces, and no ice in my beverages). I threw away my coffee-water, ate my 5 1/2-bite salad, I’ll take my danish & bagel back to work tomorrow to get butter, and I’ll stop by Arby’s for a nice salad, and horseradish sauce for my sandwich… I NEVER submit this type of review… I am so disappointed with the way people are treating each other these days… Customer Service?? Not found at this Panera! The skyrocketing cost of goods, and the National “pandemic” of poor service quality… Heartbreaking… Unacceptable… Shameful…

Went here the other day to grab a quick bite after work. Picked up a couple of salads for my wife and me. The bill came to around 30 bucks, which shocked me—but the real disappointment came when I got home and found that the lettuce and tomatoes in the salads were wilted and rotten. The two small containers of dressing barely had anything in them. Definitely never coming back. To anyone reading this: save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Today decided to go to Panera in North Olmsted for breakfast, When placing an order I asked to customize my sandwich not add anything on but take stuff off that I cannot have due to dietary issues. I was told by cashier with a bad attitude that they can’t do that because that’s not how the sandwich is made. Which I don’t understand because you can do that when you order it online. So I decided to get something else just we told that they have none. Went in there for breakfast left there with only a coffee.That I ended up throwing out because it tasted awful

I had a very positive experience here, and I only spent five minutes in the restaurant to pick up food. I placed the order in the parking lot of a store at Great Northern Mall, and it was ready within minutes when I arrived. The young woman at the front was very helpful and friendly, and provided service with a smile. Finally, my creamy tomato soup had croutons. I probably have not had a Panera include the croutons with the soup on the last 5 years. A very positive experience today.

Just ordered food for my family here. When he went to pick it up it was “running behind” but all the associates were behind the counter not waiting on anyone (which whatever) however, my sons flatbread felt like it was almost frozen, my sandwich was probably the worst I’ve ever had it was so sloppily smashed together with a whole half of an Avocado that was half brown. It was that bad it was literally inedible.
