Decent salads but Panera BREAD always seems to be out of baguettes (the BREAD side) when I try to order one. No, I don’t want an apple or some chips, that not what I go to Panera BREAD for. Sandwiches are okay but underwhelming. Some of the bakery items are very tasty, especially the scones. Always seems to be out of whatever I want, so I only end up going there when it’s someone else’s choice. I’ve never gotten into the habit of going to any Panera regularly because they all seem like they put no effort into making the whole menu available during dinner hours.

Incredibly displeased to see the “cooks” placed my receipt on my plate next to my sandwich. Panera like most ises “thermal paper” which even the fact checkers along with google state it has chemicals know to be carcinogenic. So the cooks are poisoning their customers by handling receipts then preparing food??…. Where the frick is the Health Department on this one? That is completely unacceptable and 100000% unsafe practice!!!! Will be calling the Health Department about this although I’m sure it will go absolutely no where!

Both employees and food have gone down in quality. Even getting a cup can seem like the biggest task here. The teas are always sour and gross, food is cold or drenched in sauce and I can honestly say the dessert/pastries are the only things worth getting

I hate complaining but i cant avoid it any longer. This specific panera location has gone so downhill the last few years. Tonight was the 3rd night in a row i’ve gone in 2 hours before closing, and everything is already put away, all the drinks dumped out, and they’re out of baguettes. The cashiers also refused to let me get a different type of bread in place of the baguette side and told me i could “buy an entire loaf” if i wanted bread. I love panera’s food but i might have to start avoiding this location if they don’t get it together, especially in the evenings.

Matthew was wonderful! I ordered rapid pick up and unfortunately got a flat tire on the way to pick it up so couldn’t get there for an hour after I ordered it. He remade my order for me when I got there so it was fresh and was so nice! Made a pleasant experience out of an otherwise frustrating day.
