Not impressed with the new Panera. I have been in there many times and they always seems to be out something: drinks, lids, napkins, TP in the restroom. The wait to get a simple drink is ridiculous, sip club or not. The floors are always dirty, really dirty. Seem to be extremely short staffed, but still. Basic cleaning tasks and restocking in a place that serves food should be a priority. Way over priced for what you get as well, in my opinion. The outside seating area is nice, shaded in the afternoon through evening.
