Always have to watch what you order here! Thought that ordering the teriyaki chicken with broccoli warm bowl would be a safe bet, but NOPE! Chicken is dark meat (which should be clearly stated on the menu, but it’s not), chewy, and stringy. I wouldn’t mind that much if it wasn’t so expensive. My fiancé said his avocado chicken sandwich was okay and the mac and cheese was fine, but come on, it’s mac and cheese

The staff is new and they manager had to stop in because they were messing everything up. Every drink at the soda fountain is currently out of order. The places is FILTHY. Debris and food fall over them floors. And Mt french onion soup was so cold the croutons werent mushy. The side bread could be used as a weapon it was so hard . 30 dollars for that

Probably the WORST Panera I have ever visited. The 2 stars is for the food, because the service is appalling. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was told it wasn’t ready, it was on the “screen” (whatever that means by the manager). The manager (or I assume she was as she was wearing a checkered shirt unlike anyone else working) was the most rude individual I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with. Told me to move to 3 different areas while I waited and proceeded to ignore me if I asked a question. Nearly 29 minutes after I was told the order was going to be ready did I finally get it. The iced coffee was made ahead of time so it was now mostly melted ice and coffee. As it was lunch and I had no time, I was forced to leave with my order as is. When walking out, another customer coming in held the door for me as my hands were full. An employee of Panera ran, literally ran through the door almost knocking me down. He said “I’m trying to work here!” Can you believe it? Avoid this Panera at all costs, as there are many choices in Mentor, with far better service to choose from.

On 10.27.22 I and three others meet for a business meeting at 10am. It was very comfortable but around 10:45 we could feel the air conditioning start. We became very uncomfortable and all of us had to put our sweaters/coats on. Our noses and ears were so cold and we dismissed our meeting We will be seeking another place to meet more comfortably. Outside temp was 50’s ….who runs air conditioning at this level of cool when temps are dropping.

It’s hit or miss with the customer service either they are very friendly and super nice or they are just plain crummy and forget you. I have NEVER ordered the rapid pickup and gotten the food/drink from near the door. Instead I always have to go ask and wait. Even when I ordered 30 minutes in advance.
