Ordered a smokehouse sandwich no onion, a bread bowl, and a cup of broccoli soup.
What we got:
Chicken noodle soup that was nothing but broth and 2 noodles. (out of broccoli, almost out of chicken also judging by the lack of chicken and noodle)

I rarely write reviews but I’m so over this Panera. Every time I go I am met with rude staff, food is never done on time, and my order is always incorrect. This evening I ordered in the app around 5:30PM and set my pickup time for 7:30PM. Got there when my food was due to be done, but wasn’t even started once I arrived. I decided to go in and wait for it. Staff was loud and obnoxious in the kitchen and just glanced at me, didn’t ask if I had an order or anything. I shrugged it off and waited. Food was finally done at 7:40PM, 10 minutes after it was supposed to be complete. Worker that packaged my food threw my food onto the counter, glanced at me, then walked away without saying anything. I get home to eat and half of my order is wrong. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last. Do yourself a favor and just skip over this location, it’s not worth your time.

Great drive through experience. We’ve been having an extremely bad holidays our cat died on my wife’s birthday which was also Thanksgiving. I’ve been laid off and my wife just had been in the hospital for seizures. She bit her tounge real bad and all she could eat was soups so you guys were the first place we went to while it was snowing. Well they forgot our latte but fixed it at the window and gave us a cookie it was just a nice positive interaction on a day that literally felt like our world was ending. The worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I stopped even trying to eat here because the wait times are insane. No one in line and I’m waiting over 10 minutes for some soup in a bowl……no one wants to talk to you, staff isn’t helpful. When I was door dashing I would skip orders from here because they never had them ready on time and you had to basically beg to get your order.

Very clean Panera, restaurant and restrooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not many gluten free options available. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries along with their bread selection. Plenty of parking and very easy to find the location. Drive through window is available at this location. The coffee is great, but the new dispensers suck! They spill coffee all over and are just a pain to use, vegan bad design. Overall good experience and we will be returning.

My wife really enjoys Panera and has never complained about any time she’s sent me here to pick up lunch for her. I do wish Paneras would tell you where to go pick up your orders (every one has a order register up front then a pick up spot hidden away somewhere else).
Personally I never order anything from any Panera when wife sends me. The food is generally good but i find it to be WAY overpriced.

I don’t usually write negative reviews and like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I have never once had a good experience at this Panera. The service takes so long- 15+ min for the DRIVE THRU and the food is always disgusting. I just pulled up to the drive thru window, waited 5 min and then said “hello?” Only for a girl to rudely reply “give me a minute”… I waited another 5 minutes without her ever coming back on to take my order and finally just left. Save yourself 30 min of your life and go anywhere besides here.

Ran through the drive thru for what I thought would be a quick breakfast. Sat at the window for 10 mins before my order was completed then handed me a half full latte and a lukewarm sandwich. Terrible for $12 I expect full lattes and hot sandwiches. Do better Panera
