It’s fast food, but it still feels nice and pleasant inside. The ingredients are not listed for each item, so I ended up ordering something with horseradish on it. I don’t care for lots of horseradish, and this had my nose running and eyes watering. If I had known it had that, I wouldn’t have ordered it. It was just a steak and cheese sandwich listed and it never occurred to me that they would put that on there. But the quality of the food seemed good and my husband enjoyed his sandwich, even if I didn’t enjoy mine. Next time I will try something else. It was a comfy place to eat and didn’t feel as sterile as most fast food places. Plus, I have had salad from there and it was great!

I took a picture of how my grilled cheese sandwich was placed atop the napkins and I had to pry it off and pick napkin pieces from the sandwich. I’m unclear if that’s standard practice but I mentioned and suggested to the staff to take care about doing so with cheesy sandwiches. I first ordered online for a later pick for 2 hours from them . Then got notification 15 minutes before pick up that they canceled my order. Called and asked why they didn’t know why . So I asked to place an order . They said I had to do it online I just did and you canceled it. So placed another online order. They were out of the requested soup. It was ready when online said it would be however my toasted cheese was cheese between bread that had been microwaved. Had to come home and toast it . The tomato soup was goupy and not very good . Terrible experience $36 for two toasted cheese thay i had to toast and two goupy soup that was Luke warm . Yuck . I usually don’t complain but honestly it’s pretty bad when you have to toast your own toasted cheese. I’d of rather come home and just made my own had I’d known

On an 1 hr and 20 min lunch break and It took almost 45 minutes to get a salad that I had ordered. I was with a friend who had to wait longer since they allowed someone else to take her food, so she had to reorder. When she got her Ceasar salad it had no cheese and no dressing..we had ran out of time to dine in and she wasn’t able to get that corrected. Never again will I go there. I’d rather go to Sheetz..gas station but better service and food compared to them.

Drive through was slow. I ordered 2 Pepperoni and cheese melts and was very disappointed. It’s definitely not a $10.00 sandwich on TV states pepperoni is thick cut not true. The pepperoni I buy in a package is thicker this is just a baguette with thin sliced pepperoni and small amount of cheese. Not Happy won’t order again.

Some good healthy options. Pricey though. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly staff . Not many gluten free or vegan options. Large assortment of breads and pastries. Sandwiches, soups, and salads offered. I like their coffee, however I hate the new dispensers, they are very poorly designed.

Spent $23 for two sandwiches, i hope my wife’s meal was better than this tasteless wet parmesan cheese chip disaster. Gross, gave it the 1 bite college try and spit it out thinking even my trashcan would throw up ingesting it. Bread cardboard dry, chicken cold and leathery, very sad lettuce, not sure if there is a sauce, might just be some mashed up parmesan cheese discs. Gross.

Panera has been serving me expired chips been twice in a row now. Not cool panera all your stuff are so expensive n you can’t even give me a bag of new unspoiled chips?? Imagine what other spoiled ingredients they are serving us! People don’t come here someone need to call the health department on these stores never coming back to any panera! Horrible im surprised no employees or managers haven’t noticed the expire chips they are giving out! The chips were expired on July 21! Now is April 28!
