My wife and I have eaten here multiple times, ordered for pickup and time and time again the orders have either been incorrect or unsatisfactory. Today we received bowls of soup that were a little over half full, and for the baguette sides they gave us two slices of the sandwich panini bread. For the amount of money Panera charges, you would think they would at least attempt to provide some quality control. Very unhappy with my experience and doubtful we will be returning.

Food was terrible, as was service. And most tables we tried to sit at had food all over the tables, seats and floor. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken warm bowl. I asked what was in it as I rarely eat at Panera and knew nothing about the warm bowls. She said was chicken, avocado, cucumber, tomato, hummus, arugula, feta and a tahini dressing. She never mentioned it was mostly rice. I ordered it because I eat very low carb being a type 1 diabetic. The photo on the website I checked afterwards shows a lot of strips of chicken. I got ONE little strip. The chicken version costs $2 more, so I paid $2 for a tiny strip of chicken the size of my thumb. The actual was all just big stems with 3 small leaves. No hummus or avocado. And it was swimming in so much dressing, it was stew consistency. To top it off, I ordered the unsweetened tea, but she never told me it was out of service. So, again, as a diabetic, no sugary drinks which is all they had that was not being cleaned out. We were also charged for several things we never ordered.

Food took a long time to be made for being almost empty. The food I got had literal rotting lettuce on it which is a health violation. Sandwich had no flavor and was made so poorly that I was given a huge, uncut wedge of avocado on the side of my sandwich. Sloppily made and everything was falling out. Upsetting since it is clean in there and the cashier was nice.

Went there for breakfast . Didn’t have avocado or the soufflé we wanted …I get it , you run out of stuff . Go to the window to pick up our order . They sold the last two soufflés after they sold us one . Just ended up getting our sandwiches which were incorrect . Lately every time we go to Panera they are always out of a lot of stuff ! The manager was nice and did refund our money .

I had contactless dine in ordering a chipotle chicken sandwich for$10.49. I received a chicken less chicken sandwich, maybe a generous tablespoon. I basically got a cheese and avocado sandwich.
