Dissappointing. Went for lunch. Counterperson was 1 step shy of rude and impatient with my visual impairment. I couldn’t see the menu posted on the wall and they had no printed menus available to look at. I waited for my wife to return from the bathroom so that she could interpret the menu for me. We were the only ones in line. When I asked a question about pricing, she threw her hands up in the air, spun in a circle and said “I don’t know that’s just the way it is.” I ended up paying over $15 for a half a sandwich and what I consider to be a half a bowl of soup. It’s sad really this place used to be great.

The food was delicious and made in a fast fashion! I was helped by Selena who had a warm smile and welcoming attitude. She had a warm personality and made my experience at Panera memorable. Defiantly will be back!

The first 2 photos are from this Franklin Park location. The trend for like 5 to 6 breakfast sandwiches has been this very short less than 4inch breads. The middle was another day where a slice of tomatoe destroyed the pre cooked bread. In comparison, the last one is from the hospital location. 1.5x the size of the ones here. So either this branch is ripping us all off or they have a lousy bresd supplier of shorter bread pieces that they can’t tell are too small to serve. Do better Panera! This is bs.

Update: ordered chicken poppy seed salad, came with NO chicken!!!!

WHAT THE WHAT?!????!!!!

Paid $6.19 for a cup of soup, fine but their help doesn’t even sprinkle the pumpkin seeds that go on it. If I was eating in, I’d just go to the counter. Got all the way home and didn’t even get what I paid for!

Why do I even go to this place, they are totally horrible service. Went got 4 St Corn Chowders, WATERED DOWN!!!! Obviously they didn’t have enough, and stretched it out with water. NOT the normal soup that they sell!!! Then ABSOLUTELY NO bread!!! Receipt says French Baguette x4 NOT IN THERE!!!

Their drive through service is terrible!!!!

They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL, receipt says accuracy matters if wrong tell a manager…. They never answer the phone!!!

I remember way back when Panera first opened. Everything was fresh and delicious. Then, for a number of years, it seemed that the quality went down. However, I think this company has made a resurgence. The food is not gourmet, but it’s good. It’s healthy. And you generally get a good value. I typically get the black bean soup and the harvest chicken salad. You can tell that the people who work there are really trying, and they care.

On 12/29/25 i ordered two plain bagels, sliced not toasted and a 4 pack of chocolate chip cookies..while I waited I noticed items in the bakery that looked overcooked, and some were burnt, a staff member walked by and stated the same thing, mentioning to another staff some of the items looked burnt..arriving home, I found my bagels to be overcooked, and hard!!, this was so disappointing!, why sell something that clearly is not an example of Panera’s normal standards of “quality food”..i understand it’s just two bagels, but I could have gotten bagels anywhere,,but chose to stop here to order them along with my full order..I’m sure the staff knew these bagels were overcooked and hard, as they had to handle them..would it have been too much to ask me if I wanted a hard bagel??…

Food was good as always. And I understand it was a busy day today but it doesn’t mean the spoons and plates should be dirty with food stuck on it and hair in the food. They don’t wear hairnets. It didn’t make me feel good to eat at all.

Justin always makes sure drive-thru service is exceptional for customers. On the very rare occasion something is missing, he goes out of his way to make it right. Food is also great, plus the Sip Club and app make for a reasonably priced and convenient experience.
