Ordered here around 830PM on a Thursday and they were not busy but it took about 20 minutes for 2 bowls of soup. The young girl who came to the lobby to clean had an attitude that people were still sitting down eating. The woman who took our order was not very helpful when asking what kinda of soup they had available she kinda just stood there and looked at us.

Every day at this location they list the special coffee as sold out because they don’t want to make it since it’s so popular and keeps them busy. It’s very annoying. I wonder if management realizes this, if so, they clearly don’t care.

Do not come and order here from the night shift. Ordered on Feb 27th at 9pm, They had a horrible attitude about everything when you are just trying to get the correct items, they forgot my tomato bowl, and tried saying they were out of certain beverages when it was on their website as available, but i will say after going back and forth they finally gave me the pome tea, which i appreciate. I don’t recommend ordering from here during the night shift. they obviously don’t care.

I was discharged from hospital so I thought I’d get some coffee and dinner to take home, was not I’m pressed , paid over 15$ for my order not including tipping 2 of the girls that helped, my coffee was luke warm my salad was missing items that should have been in it and I paid for the chili bowel, were it’s inside the bread. And I literally got a very some bowel of chili and no bread so I went back and gave a bread to put the chili in it, I’ve never got my chili bowel like this and worse yet the cardboard container with chili in it was smaller then the chili bowels at wendys.ypu guys want me to recommend what dishes are the best but why would I do that when you can’t get my order right and not to proper temp of my coffee. I don’t recommend anything unless your willing to wait to be redone over and over

This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.

The service made the atmosphere suck! The girl with the piercing at the front made Panerai bread in general a bad taste in my mouth, and then on top of that I got a Chai tea latte and it was only warm milk, no Chai at all….worse experience at Panera

Was staying in the hospital with my baby boy back in November and went to this Panera to get a small break and good coffee for a pick-me-up. When I asked for a specific flavor, the worker snapped at me that they don’t do flavors there. I got a regular coffee and was handed an empty cup with no further interaction. Then when I couldn’t see where the coffee was and asked, the worker very rudely pointed it out. For being a place full of people going through really hard stuff, the staff should really be better trained in treating their customers with a little more patience and compassion.

How do I post less than 1star? Panera at Toledo Hospital Saturday 7/20 7PM. Cafe closed. I stepped into Panera. The girl behind the counter looked at me, never said a word and went into the kitchen and started doing kitchen stuff. I started an order on the DIY order station. 2 young men stepped and the young lady stepped right out and started waiting on the young men. I said “Really?” And all 3 looked at me like I was an alien. I will never be back.

Mackenzie went out of her way to help me with order and coffee . Gina and the rest were also friendly and helpful.
We have to come back to the hospital three more times and will definitely come to Panera .
I will see if I have time to go to get lunch .
We have to understand that this place is not the regular, full size Panera and that they don’t have the full many .
