The food and service here are good but the background ‘music’ is horrific. The soundtrack is unsettling and I will avoid this location in the future. I am not advocating for any particular type of music but this is ridiculous. Creepy nightmarish-.types of sounds do not add to my meal enjoyment nor my relaxation.

We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn’t have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I’m not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it’s purpose and it was a pleasant experience.

Panera been around for a minute and I consider it my go to place when I want to grab something that is fairly healthy but I can also be a little bad with their delicious desserts and coffee drinks.

At the time I went in it was not very busy and everyone was very kind and the atmosphere was great for work or just to hang out with friends. There’s a lot of shops and different things around that area so if you’re needing to grab something quick to eat it is a good location.

I have a generally big family and we don’t really go there in person. The food is good, but whenever we go to pick up our online orders, we are almost always short at least one main item while still being charged for it. After the first 2-3 times, we stopped getting Panera for a while, but we wanted some today and said it was fine. Today was the straw that broke the camels back on me debating whether I should post a review. We were shorted multiple main items including sandwiches and soups and were still charged. I understand a mishap 1-2 times, but come on. We have about a 15 minute drive to and fro which isn’t that bad, but when you come home from a 12 hour shift and then have to drive back out because Panera misplaced or didn’t even make half the order, it’s anything but fun. Please do better; we really do like the food.

One of my friends and I went in for a couple of bagels. I got the cinnamon crunch with cream cheese, and he got the everything with cream cheese. I also ordered a 12oz coffee, while he ordered a fruit juice blend (mango… something). We had both bagels toasted. The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. The store looked mostly clean, but busy, so some leeway there.

I enjoy coming to this location from time to time – especially when Keyasia is working. She has a way of remembering patrons and is so kind. Thank you for a “welcoming” environment.

This location is almost always dirty (tables, seats, floors) but typically the food is good/fresh. Went a few days ago and our salad ingredients were old (brown lettuce, brown avocado, mushy cucumber) and the lettuce on my tuna sandwich was brown. Took it up to workers and they offered to remake but they said they didn’t have fresher lettuce, it was all the same batch so we declined. No other option was offered. I responded to automated review request from Panera, I received email from manager. She said I was offered multiple offers to make it right and did not take them but hopes I come back again. It will be a while.

I usually don’t have any issues when I order Panera. But, I ordered the Green Goddess salad today for lunch. My lettuce was brown, and the rest of my ingredients tasted old.

My main review is on the cleanliness or shall I say dirtiness of the restaurant for the last 2 months! It’s been filthy dirty. I brought it to the attention of the new manager. Obviously it’s not important. Kind of makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like? I decided not to stay and eat after I went to wash my hands. I used to own cleaning business and this is filthiness. It is something that has been undone for months. Whoever cleans just goes around the center.

I got a pick 2. Squash soup is back on the menu. Yay. I’m still missing Sierra Turkey sandwich. That was my favorite. I’ll return to a Panera soon.
