I always debate going to Panera bc 70-90% of the time they get something wrong. They forget things like chicken on your salad, or add things you ask them not to add like onions, or use the bread that you specifically asked them not to use. Today it was giving me chicken & wild rice soup that was so thin it was like water! This is supposed to be a hearty, creamy soup but this is what I got. Tried calling them to ask for another soup but phone rings busy. I don’t know who manages the Panera stores but they could/should pay more attention and please don’t give customers watery soup! :/( I’d like a redo.

Updated Post – Spoke with store mgmt who provided some background. Pre-orders should be submitted 3 days in advance. If last minute need arises, call in advance to check bread availability. Very pleased with response to concerns.

Unfortunately this location can’t get a delivery order correct to save themselves. My last 3 orders have missed items such as cream cheese, wrong number of sandwiches, shorted on chips etc. Inspect your deliveries and refuse them if incorrect. They shouldn’t be offering delivery if they can’t get it right.

Very disappointed with my most recent visit. Everytime I come here they are already out of soufflés for the day, but finally I saw that they had some. I ordered 2 of the 4 cheese for a co worker and I. Once I got to work we began eating, just to find out they gave both of us the spinach and artichoke. Neither of us like that one, but we gotta eat… the bottoms of the soufflés were soggy and not crispy and flaky like normal.

What a waste of money and time!! Ordered a takeout today and the staff didn’t do most of the customization that we requested to our food. The arugula and spinach in our sandwiches was partially yellow and had gone bad. Had to pick out all the greens since they looked inedible. Food tatsed sub-par and my bbq chicken sandwich was missing the bbq sauce!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM PANERA AGAIN!

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup today and when I opened up the box, the sandwich was burnt in the middle with the cheese as if they took the cheese side and put it directly on the grill and let it burn then put it back together! Was absolutely disgusting! The outside was soft as well!
