Got a hot chocolate, broccoli cheddar soup and sandwich. Hot chocolate was only half filled (see picture) and broccoli cheddar soup was room temperature. I asked for no cilantro on sandwich and of course it was on the sandwich melted into the cheese, so not even able to be taken off. I’m not impressed unfortunately. Cost me $25 and definitely not worth it.

I ordered online with a gift card. The website forced me to put in my own debit card info as a backup instead of verifying the amount on the gift card. Upon placing the order, the total was charged to my card and not the gift card. I called the location and was told that there was no way they could rectify the situation and to call the corporate number. Corporate then told me that they could not help, due to the location being a franchise. I called back and this time was told that they could not issue refunds for ordered placed on door dash. I explained again that it was not ordered through door dash but through their website and asked for the General Manager to call. I did not get a call back. Called again and was told it was too busy for anyone to talk to me. This was extremely frustrating, poor customer service, and I felt like no one cared that the mistake was made on their behalf. The order was $71 and I was not prepared to have that amount deducted from my bank. I feel this could have been easily rectified and no one wanted to take the time to help me. Very disappointing experience.

The girls working on the line at lunch time on 1/22 made the best sandwiches my mom and I have ever had from here. Same food but somehow better than ever!! Also sherry at the register was as sweet as can be and got our order perfect and gave us the best pastry. Thank you! Y’all deserve a raise ❤️

Went dine in on 12/21 and ordered through the app.

Received ready notification but still had a long wait at the pick up desk.
Either they are hitting ready early to hit a quota, or their automated timing is too fast for the workers.

Tables weren’t clean and water cups were not readily available. Expect a wait for food to be made.

I am here at lunch hour I have been standing in line for 15 minutes with four people ahead of me and they haven’t even completed taking one order. They have one person working the register at the busy lunch hour.
The floors are a mess.
People working in the kitchen ate milling about back and forth and there’s been a gentleman waiting for his food, he was already cashed out when I arrived.
One employee is leaning on the counter taking a call in spite of the fact no one I’m the restaurant is being served.
Cat worse as I stood here. The individual on the phone was using the phone with his gloved hand and then return to the food without changing the glove He also wiped his nose with the same gloved hand.
Well now I got even worse. I asked to speak with the manager the manager came over and that is the individual that was on the phone and wiping his nose with his gloved hand and then handled the food.
I stopped here to do a nice gesture for a co-worker and regret my decision to stop at this location.

Coffee shop with no coffee. Manager learn to run your shop.
It’s a terrible thing to go buy a cup of coffee and the coffee is not fresh and served at room temperature. Tried the hazelnut and the dark and neither one was hot. When told the guy behind the the counter he only changed one instead of checking all types.
Shows how bad the manager is. Management don’t train employees correctly.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup today and when I opened up the box, the sandwich was burnt in the middle with the cheese as if they took the cheese side and put it directly on the grill and let it burn then put it back together! Was absolutely disgusting! The outside was soft as well!
