I purchased a multigrain bagel today. I was expecting a succulent nose size bagel, but I received a very tiny small bagel. I asked if I can get another one and I was ignored. The staff acted like they wanted me eliminated. Come ooonnn Panera ..?!?! What happened to you?

Great Panera, food was good and restaurant was clean. Near campus, so if you are visiting it’s a great place to eat. Parking is challenging but they have a huge lot in the back.

I ordered about $40 worth of food to be delivered and received none of it. I got someone else’s order entirely and when I called Seth, the manager literally was like acted like he couldn’t care less. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever, no solution offering. And I know that it’s just food, but the whole experience was so frustrating that I literally burst into tears after talking to him.
Definitely cannot recommend this particular location.

I am reviewing this Panera Bread location on the basis of accessibility for those who may be disabled. As far as outside the restaurant, there is only one lowered curb for those who are in wheelchairs so, those who have to park in the back of the parking lot would have to wheel themselves all the way to the front of the restaurant to get in. As you approach the restaurant, there are no handicap buttons at either of the entrances making it very difficult for someone who has a disability to get in the place safely. When you get into the restaurant, the walkways are pretty wide making it easy for a wheelchair to get around in the restaurant. As for the ordering kiosks, they are a bit high for someone who may be in a wheelchair limiting them to having to wait in line to order their food. When it comes to the menu, the font is pretty big making it easy for anyone to read. The drink station is a bit high as well making it harder for someone in a wheelchair to get the beverage that they want. When it comes to the dining area, it is very spacious and all the tables/booths are handicap accessible. Overall, this restaurant is semi-accessible for those who are disabled, but the restaurant definitely could improve in a lot of areas in order to make it more accessible for those who are disabled.

So I didn’t eat their food just drinks. We had a baby shower for my son’s girlfriend. It was a great place to have a party.

The service is truly terrible; they seem more focused on their phones than on helping customers. It’s awful, really.

Well welll , went through drive threw because I ordered on the app and it said I can pick up my food there so I let the worker know she said that location don’t do that I told her what the app said cause it was my first time ordering. She yelled it again I went in to pick after having to get my twin newborn’s out the car , and spoke to a manger she explained why they don’t do it between certain hours , got my food it was tasty but being yelled at left a bad taste in my mouth. The Coustmer service sucked but my food was packaged safe , but plastic was in my food ! First and last time let’s do better !

This decent Panera has a perfect location close to north campus. It can be a great refill place for events at stadium such as commencements. It opens early in the morning. Their food is a little pricey but tastes warm and lovely. The Mac and cheese is my favorite. The dining room is large and clean with a party room and a patio. Their vibe is great for hanging out or studying. WiFi is available.

Ordered two sandwiches and two soups, waited 20 minutes for my order just for both soups to come out barely warm

This is THE WORST Panera ever. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This isn’t against the employees, they are trying and working hard. Both times I’ve order rapid pick up, it’s taken over an hour to get my food. I ordered a full salad and got about 4 ounces of lettuce, it’s a joke to be honest. Absolute rip off. It should be illegal to advertise large salads in photos then give customers a few pieces of lettuce and call it a day. Does corporate Panera not care???
I will never go to another Panera again, even it’s the only thing left after the apocalypse.
