Honestly the food was really good and everything was correct but I ordered my usual order and I have a nut allergy and I had a really bad reaction after getting an order that requires no nuts. I’m not sure if there was cross contamination or if gloves weren’t changed when making my order, but make sure that you go in and specifically ensure your food has not been touched by anything else if you have an allergy. My throat and tongue swelled up almost immediately from 1 bite of my sandwich and have been really struggling ever since!

When I first ordered my food the girl who took my order was possibly in a bad mood her body language and vibe seemed as if I was a inconvience before taking my order. As I was sitting down eating the food was great I can’t complain there however I over heard what was possibly a manager behind the counter say “who did this” some one answered a name and he said if she does it again she’s fired. And then the employee said no I said IAN I think was the name and he said oh well well fire him then and then proceeded to say who is Ian and a young man who answered seemed to be working the hardest out of every one and was very polite when I walked in. I won’t come back to a location with management that talks like that or treats their employees that way like they are just numbers on the books and not human beings. I hope any employees there find a better job that treats them better than that. The possible manager was a guy maybe 40-50 years old wearing a hat and didn’t seem to be wearing a uniform. Who ever he is is disrespectful. The employee who took my order I now have an idea of why your mood was down or seemed that way your management probably doesn’t make it a very good work place.

4 for 4 now they have screwed up our order… I’ve had someone else’s order ,I’ve had several things missing, and today 1 simple modification to my order they failed yet again !!! Absolutely horrible management to have this type of continuous service!!! Panera has reallllllly gone down hill over the years quick fast and in a hurry !!! This one maybe the worst!!! I used the kiosk and ordered the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and a fuji apple salad and it was delicious! I was surprised how good the food was.

This location is similar to the North location in that it is hot or miss. I’m thinking that this is the new normal. They need a QC person to check the orders before they are placed in the shelf.
No large drink lids tonight. No croutons for my French onion soup and no napkins or soup spoon.
The soup was good (as expected) and the sandwich was a little haphazardly made, but otherwise tasty.
It was nice to see they had a chocolate chunk cookie which my pick up guy (son) proclaimed was still warm and delicious.
Overall an average experience.

Walk in and was not greeted or recognized by staff. Went to the kiosk ordered food. No one said anything about where drinks were being held hostage while we waited for food. Manager discovered that the lemonade was not out for guest. Name was called by an employee who didn’t even say anything to me when I was standing there. Then when I said we are waiting on a response manager walking from back say it was frozen in the back. I won’t be back.

I strongly regret giving them any positive rating! Just look at the “toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich”we ordered just 5 minutes ago – every ingredient, from tomato to spinach and onions, is rotten! Do you see any cheddar in it?! It’s unbelievable. Panera charges the most for their sandwiches, and this is how they treat their customers! What’s worse, there’s no response to other customer reviews down here. Seriously, Panera?! It’s your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction, and you need to address this immediately. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Messed up my order the first time. They did re-deliver, but it was not worth the wait. I believe they’re over priced for the tiny portions. Ordered salad with chicken – it was basically 2 small bites of chicken. Disappointed.

Standard Panera Bread restaurant. Easy access and plenty of parking. Bakery items were sparse at dinner. They were out of chops for some reason. The seating area and drink serving areas were clean. So just about what you normally get at Panera.

Surprised it was so good! The new croissant sandwich was not but all the other sandwiches and salads we had were great. The new croissant toast was small and not very filling for the price. Would not order again. Also, I asked three times if cutlery and napkins were included (I had soup and 2 salads). I was told yes and the bag was sealed so I didn’t check. Got to where we were going – no cutlery! I had to scoop my soup with chips. My husband was able to scrounge up some forks at a snack bar.
