This location is literally less than 5 minutes from our home compared to the other locations. We will typically go through the drive through 6 times per year and literally will have to go inside to get the correct order 4 out of 6 times. Enough time passes between trips thst I venture back . Not sure why they have such difficulty getting simple orders correct. Will stop going to this location going forth. Poor training and management.

I love Panera and normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve been disappointed too many times at this location to not write one. Today I decided to order the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and Fuji chicken salad. The salad could’ve had more toppings but it was alright I guess for a half salad. The sandwich on the other hand was the most disappointing as it barely had any toppings the sandwich should have. I’ll only be coming here for drinks from now on.

Honestly, I wish it was possible to give this location a zero star review. As someone who works in the “service industry,” I’d be embarrassed if this was the best I could do. The manager of this location should be fired. I remember when Panera Bread was a fun place to eat with tasty food. What I was served a few nights ago was a slap in the face. I will never visit this location again. Ever. It would be nice if I could get my money back, as this “sandwich” cost me $12, but no one would answer the phone, even after multiple attempts trying to call them. This is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Please compare the picture from their website to what I was given. As another reviewer stated, this is pathetic. Heed my advice. If you’re tired, don’t feel like cooking, and want a delicious sandwich, go to Be Fit! I’ll never make this mistake again.

I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, when is what I get every time I come here, but they put chicken salad on it instead. I don’t know how the messed it up so badly because the chicken salad doesn’t even come on the same bread as the tuna salad sandwich, but they didn’t even offer me anything. I don’t eat chicken so this is very upsetting.

Each time we think we will have a different experience, a better one, NOPE! Still the worst Panera! Asked for a bakers dozen, clearly delineating the amount and type and each bagel but obviously this was asking too much because we got NONE of the bagels we wanted, didn’t get any cream cheese to boot, didn’t get any of them sliced, they were out of half the stuff we wanted to begin.
