Fun fact about this place. If you order and get it delivered, and they are missing any ingredients, you just wont get it. Ordered a chipotle avo melt and a fiesta chicken sandwich. What came was only one of the sandwiches which consisted of 2 pieces of bread with nothing but a couple pieces of chicken on it. Nothing else. Last time we ordered a grilled cheese, it was to pieces of uncooked bread and a cold piece of cheese in between. They honestly have given up. Done with them.

A relaxing Veterans day morning taking my daughter to enjoy some quiet time at Panera. Her cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were wonderful; not the best she’s ever had but very good. Her hot chocolate was warming and tasty. I had a simple toasted buttered bagel and coffee. What made it so wondeful was the relaxed environment. I need it after so many busy days at work. I had just gotten done with my 3rd shift when I went home to pick up my daughter and take her to Panera. I’m glad I made that decision, some good memories came about from it. Thank you, Panera.
I know the staff can feel the rush from the customers. Hopefully, someone from the store reads this that was working on Veterans day and know that I appreciate you being there. I usually go to this one every other week. When I work up that way. But lately, it’s been not good. I got a tuna fish sandwich which used to be a good sandwich. Now it’s just lettuce and tomato and maybe a tiny tablespoon of tuna fish. I can’t believe I spent all that money for me. And a friend and I was kind of embarrassed that that’s all we had won’t be going there. Anymore, I see why you guys have a 2.9.

My mom, daughter, and I went to this location yesterday and had THE best experience! It was all due to Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful Panera employee!!! He greeted us with a smile and happy welcome. He took our order and suggested options as we placed it. He brought our bag-o-bagels over to us as we waited for our other food. Of course, he did so with his signature smile and friendliness. We left there with such positive attitudes because he made our experience so wonderful. We hope that he and his bosses see this review. He deserves to know how much we appreciated him, as we made sure to repeatedly tell him in person, as well. 🙂

Honestly, I wish it was possible to give this location a zero star review. As someone who works in the “service industry,” I’d be embarrassed if this was the best I could do. The manager of this location should be fired. I remember when Panera Bread was a fun place to eat with tasty food. What I was served a few nights ago was a slap in the face. I will never visit this location again. Ever. It would be nice if I could get my money back, as this “sandwich” cost me $12, but no one would answer the phone, even after multiple attempts trying to call them. This is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Please compare the picture from their website to what I was given. As another reviewer stated, this is pathetic. Heed my advice. If you’re tired, don’t feel like cooking, and want a delicious sandwich, go to Be Fit! I’ll never make this mistake again.

Don’t come here. They’ll spend half an hour making a single order without communication with the customer whatsoever. I’m a DD driver that tried to communicate about an order with them 3 times and was ignored. There was no one else in the store for the first 15 minutes I was there. As a fast food worker in the past, I know the work is hard and demanding, but these crew members are genuinely and truly lazy and slow.

I love Panera and normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve been disappointed too many times at this location to not write one. Today I decided to order the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and Fuji chicken salad. The salad could’ve had more toppings but it was alright I guess for a half salad. The sandwich on the other hand was the most disappointing as it barely had any toppings the sandwich should have. I’ll only be coming here for drinks from now on.
