I love their soups! The service is fast and friendly. They have great sweet stuff as well as bagels. The Asiago and Cinnamon Crunch bagels are both amazing! They have drive thru and dine in. They have a small patio area for outside nice weather dining. They have a decent amount of parking spaces as well.

When I first started ordering your sandwiches through my work for virtual lunches during COVID they when round, had all of the ingredients listed on the menu, warm, and full of flavor. Now they are flat, missing more than half the listed ingredients, what is in there are small portions, they are no longer warm, the bread is not fresh, the people are rude, and the flavor is not there. I do like the soup. I doubt I will be ordering from the Newark, OH location again.

Both of our soups were cold but they made it right. A little pricey. The cheddar broccoli soup is always a favorite. The bread is good too.

I enjoy everything I order at Panera. But I learned tonight that you are charging extra to get cream cheese with your bagle. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard! You should include it in the price or the cashier should be asking if you want it when you order so customers are not forced to make another transaction when they find out cream cheese does not come with the bagle they ordered. Do better.

I get that PANERA is overpriced hospital food and there are other options around to eat but people choose this establishment to eat, work and to wind down..

However, with the slew of people working there, I have yet to see the same people working except 2.

One of them is a woman, who was going around clearing plates from guests and the other a man with a nose ring who was complaining about having to make a grilled cheese and tomato soup
“how could someone be so stupid to spend 20 dollars on a grilled cheese and soup when they can make it themselves at home? How stupid are you ?” he continued to mumble and grumble away.

In a way, he’s right…. grilled cheese is better in the comfort of your home, but this guest wanted to grab one on the way, which I wonder why would Panera offer a grilled cheese?

It’s because PANERA was created for those who want comforting food on the road.

It seems that this individual doesn’t like his job. He wears a shirt with a collar so I assume he holds some kind of higher management, unlike the rest of the employees in t-shirts.

I feel as if he should find a job that suits him more and leave this position to someone who wants and needs this job. Someone who enjoys putting guests first and foremost.

I do believe PANERA is overpriced and for the pay that they offer and biweekly pay, I can see why someone wouldn’t’ love their job, however I do believe that PANERA is a treat – to someone such as myself.

I hope he’ll stop and think before he decides to speak his mind in a restaurant that’s small and with an open kitchen with guests in an arms length away who can hear everything that’s being said.

I choose Panera because fast food is terrible these days and for the same price, why not get comfort food?

Maybe I’ll think twice before returning .

I was running errands and in the mood for Panera. I thought I would have better luck at this location compared to what happened at the Henderson Rd., Columbus location several months ago (see separate review).
Anyway, imagine my surprise as I opened my steak and cheese sandwich, to see what appeared to be two large pieces of toasted bread. Where was the meat and cheese? I opened the breads to see a sliver of beef with horseradish sauce, and NO cheese. The broccoli soup was good, but $14 for soup and a bare sandwich was disappointing.

I have been to this Panera before, but never again, and all over 20 cents. I had a late dinner. I ordered Pick 2 – onion soup and Asian chicken salad. The Chicken salad was great, but the onion soup was almost cold. Now comes the rest of the story. As I was leaving I stopped to get a Chocolate Chip Muffie, for dessert. The sign plainly stated, $2.79. When they rang it, it came up $2.99. I commented the sign stated $2.79. The Clerk’s comment was, “The signs wrong.” No, the advertised price on a sign in plain view, in the middle of the plate of the item, is NOT wrong, at least for that transaction. How many people paid more for that item than it was advertised for. The clerk in this case needs a refresher course in good customer relations. All of this bad will, over 20 cents. I did not pay for the item, and walked out, leaving them to put it back out on the plate, and most likely throw out in just a few minutes, since it was 8 pm at that point. I had just spent $15.00, 30 minutes earlier buying my food. Since I am regularly in that area, and stop for items from time to time, they will loose a lot more than 20 cents. Some people, just should never be involved in customer service.

Place is not capable of getting orders correct. Ordered what was advertised, no changes, no specific requests. Complete wrong and didn’t even get the other half of the order. Place is trash!
