We had a good drive-thru experience. Service- wise: workers were all working hard and very polite and nice! They also got everything in our order correct? And made sure to give us napkins and spoons!!! Whew!!! Haha 😉
This is my first time visiting this location in a year or more. Only been once before. Got 2 you-pick-two’s.
Broccoli and cheddar and tuna sandwich. The soup flavor and consistency and see was consistent.
Mayo in the sandwich are something in the sandwich tasted a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise it was good and actually had a good amount of everything. I was a little surprised!
Tomato, basil and grilled cheese.
This soup was also consistent. The grilled cheese apparently was consistent but I guess I forgot because we don’t go to any Panera locations often. They use some kind of processed fake cheese now!? So gross and pretty ridiculous for the insane amount of money they charge, especially since the bread on this sandwich is not anything special either.
I would say the tomato- basil and grilled cheese is basically gas station quality. Sorry, not bad but overpriced big time.
Both meals with apple. Good apples!

I do writer’s days here by myself sometimes, but mostly with other writers in my family. I have a sip club membership and drink coffee & tea all day plus get my lunch here. They have the best hours in town; 6AM to 9PM. I also love that there are lots of windows, but also cozy nooks and a fireplace wall. Dress warm or with layers. If one of the coffee choices gets cool or the cream is low, ask and they will get right on it.

Overall, this needs Panera needs someone to help them. I love Panera, but when visiting this one from out of town I was shocked. There wasn’t one clean table to sit at, when I asked for a modification on my sandwich they didn’t know how to ring it in. Overrall, I can see people being understaffed as an issue, but there were plenty of people standing around on their phones while at the register and not one cleaning. I almost asked for a rag to wipe down my own table. And their pop machine didn’t have ice that would come out, so when I asked one of the employees prepping my food for ice he seemed so annoyed with me. I definitely think this Panera needs some love.

Not sure what to say about the poor service other than lack of training and general professionalism by the person claiming to be the manager after I pointed out the issue. This conversation was very ‘we didn’t do anything wrong, this is just what you should expect’. I wouldn’t return to this Panera without actually watching them prepare the food. Ordered a green goddess salad with extra avocado among other things for pick up. The salad came with about a teaspoon of avocado. I completely acknowledge that Panera salads are typically $18-20 dollars with very minimal portions of the ingredients but I have received more on salads that I have ordered regular avo on, let alone when ordering and paying for extra. Hence why I ordered extra but to the ‘manager’, this is just how it is. The salad was also missing the eggs that come in the salad and some of the other veggies. So overall the salad was made extremely poorly and rather than acknowledge it, the person claiming to be manager stated that this is just how the salads are and should be expected. I didn’t ask for a refund or a remake as the salad was opened at home, I just had hoped they would at least acknowledge the issue but instead the manager told me that that I must be bored because no one would worry or care about this so I must be bored and have too much time on my hands. (Im maybe proving their point by writing this but I don’t know, the behavior was strange and weirdly childish) They were very heavy on the “this is just how Panera is, we have extremely small portions and it doesn’t matter if you order extra.” So I guess just don’t order and if you do, it’s apparently not worth it to get extra anything.

Here is my egg white, avocado, spinach somehow there is cheese. It has a hard piece of avocado 1 small slice of tomato very little spinach do not know where the cheese came from. So very unhappy!!!! I would expect avocado to be spread and enjoyed with the whole sandwich. And all this will not all this was $4.89!!!

Look at this! Bottom of the pot. It was cold thick and dark like it’s been in the pot too long. The bread was really really hard and she just made excuses that they’re all like that. I told the manager I’d never had it that hard. No apologies were offered. When I told the manager about it she agreed it was the bottom of the pot but didn’t offer to replace it. Then she said oh, here’s a fresh pot now. She was quit rude with her attitude. Her name was Darian? Not sure how to spell it.
