I purchased the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for carryout and when I got home and started eating it, I noticed 9 pieces of very old brown-on-the-edges lettuce not fit to serve customers. If I were making this salad myself, I would not serve my guests salad looking like this! I immediately called management and was told he had no control of the condition of the “romaine lettuce” and if I came on a different day, they would re-make the salad. Why should it matter what day it is??????? The salad should be fresh, end of story! I would not even serve my rabbits lettuce like this!

Most Panera breads I go to is very attentive and clean, however, this location was the worst experience I have ever had. They made my sandwich wrong, I am pretty sure my coffee was also wrong since it didn’t taste at all like the ones I had before, you can hear the workers in the back having there conversations clearly while the bathroom was a complete mess, dirty, no paper towels. I almost threw up when I walked into the first stall…I wish I had never left a tip.

Not crowded at dinner. Fireplace was working. Made it nice. We were able to sit by the fireplace. It was noticeable no deserts, pastries, bagels or breads on the shelf or in display case. Had to use kiosk to order. I’m ok with that somewhat. Coffee was luke warm at best. Tried the new pepperoni baguette, French onion bowl. Baguette was decent. Needs a bit more sauce however. French onion soup was flavorful. Not hot enough though. Wife & me have not visited here for quite awhile. I’m not in any hurry to return.

I’ve only been to this location a hand full of times, but every-time it takes them at least 5 minutes to even see that i’m in line? or some workers saw me but decided to look away.. after i finally ordered i received the wrong order… food was decent the croissant i had was dry ♀️

I worked here previously, and know many people who have worked here, and it’s a horrible experience for everyone involved. Any issue you have with the store is directly due to Eileen, the general manager. She’s verbally abusive to her employees, and has caused many people to quit. Some of the phones are broken because she got angry and slammed them back onto the receiver. In the kitchen, she makes threats towards the customers that annoy her (By simply ordering food. At a restaurant. How dare they!) and berates her kitchen staff.

My manager decided to order Panera for all of us, and we were disgusted. There was a huge fingernail or toenail clipping at the bottom of my salad. I talked to the district manager and they claimed it was apart of the soup containers. That is disgusting either way. I put it in my mouth and spat it out immediately once I felt its sharp and hard texture. I threw up in the bathroom over it while my manager gagged. My other coworker heard what was happening and rushed in on the scene. I wish I was over exaggerating. Panera offered me a free meal, but I’m not eating there ever again.

This location completely got my order wrong, at 1st they were more than willing fo fix or refund the order. When i can back i was treated with disrespect and ignorance and asked 3 times why i was back. They remade the sandwich and hurriedly tossed it out the window without so much as an apology for messing up and never refunded the drink i also ordered. Ordered for pick-up. We were missing three items that we had paid for. The quality of the food was very poor. It looked as though someone had eaten half of my Bowl, put the lid back on and shook it all around. The receipt is proof that the order was not checked by anyone before going out as there was no name written in on the “order checked by” field of the receipt. The part that upsets me the most is that my order was the only order setting out to be picked up, and there were only three patrons in the restaurant when I picked up. It was clearly very slow.

This Panera seems to be brand new, and that might mean “new staff, don’t know what they’re doing, etc,” but not so. This Location seems to be really well managed and staffed. Everyone is on the ball, place is really clean, friendly helpful crew. Really efficient and quick.
