We got 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and a blueberry muffin. The sandwiches were the chicken asjago bagel sandwich and the chicken ranch focaccia. Both were decadent and tasty. The asiago sandwich had a little too much mayonnaise but overall was very good and the chicken ranch focaccia sandwich was quite good.
The soups we ordered were broccoli cheddar and the potato soup. Again both were pretty good. The potato soup was rich and creamy and the broccoli cheddar soup was the right amount of cheese and not too heavy.
We also really enjoyed the blueberry muffin.
Overall it was a great experience and we will continue to visit. Panera is solid.
Service was fast and smooth, and this location had a quiet atmosphere. Great for a quick bite when you know exactly what you’re craving.
I ordered just a simple bagel — nothing complicated. I got an “Order is ready” notification and went to the counter right away, but my food wasn’t there. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me were getting theirs first. When I asked, I was told to wait, and more orders kept coming out for others. It really felt like mine was ignored.
And when I finally received it, the butter I requested still wasn’t included. The bagel itself was fine (+1 star!), but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not what this location intends to offer customers.
**I AM RED FLAGGING THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION**
Don’t bother spending your money where it’s not appreciated and the hospitality is incredibly low somewhere your looked at like an idiot for even going into this place! I would rather drive an hour then ever spend my money hear. He had the worst attitude I think I’ve ever experienced and I can’t believe a chain like Panera bread would consider him a manager! Please teach PRESTON a little bit about customer service before you loose all your business, coming from someone in the restaurant industry I would never in a million years talk to someone the way he did to me. By the looks of the reviews from this store you guys need tighten up and really think about who you have representing the company. A 3.6 star service is ridiculous and I’ve given other Panera breads 5 star reviews so i know what good customer service looks like and feels like.
Thanks Preston for making my experience today absolutely horrible and to make it worse he shorted me my bagel and cream cheese just to be that much more pleasant

Panera’s food quality has gone down hill. Their pastries have been hit the hardest. The flavor is lacking and tend to be dry. Not a fan anymore.
The Italiano sandwich is really good (especially if you add tomato)!
