Average Panera experience. Nothing outstanding nothing terrible. Gets swamped during lunch hours as to be expected and every order is “to go” – even if you choose to eat in.

Got my child a grilled cheese from their kids menu. Must’ve been all out of fresh ones but luckily they found this one under the stove. Had also ordered him an apple juice that failed to make it into our bag. I ordered a salad for myself and the cherry tomatoes were old and mushy and looked sadder than I felt over my food.

I’m posting a negative review because I come here all the time and the store always closes early. You literally drive ten minutes there when they’re supposed to be open only to get there and they’re closed up to thirty minutes early.

I’m loving the 9 dollar bread bowl with no bread bowl. Wife’s grilled cheese was literally melted cheese on bread. The bread wasn’t even grilled. Outstanding

The customer service is non existent, employees rude! Handles trash and dose not wash her hands and picks up baked goods and made iced coffee which was horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would! Your worker on Saturday was absolutely horrid!

Why are the baked goods always so hard and stale?? Cookie tasted like from last week. Sandwiches and other items are good, and service faster if do pick up, but avoid the baked goods. Charge for sweet tea, but they say we don’t have sweet tea only unsweetened and sugar packets…

My first time ever at a Panera ,maybe I should of picked another location. I did not like how they packed my food. The salad was soggy,and I chose the baguette for the side however,it looked like the food prep girl in the back just ripped 1/4 of a piece of bread off the loaf and just threw it in the bag,it was laying on top of my receipt when I opened it at home. GROSS!!!!

We all know Panera has gone downhill but this location made me a believer! I had the Fiji Apple Salad with the tuna sandwich! I really enjoyed my lunch. It puts you a great mode to enjoy your food and I did! It was delicious and fresh! I can’t speak for the other reviews but my food was great!

This Panera is very clean. The staff at this location have been helpful, efficient and pleasant and the food has been fresh and tasty every time. The selection of teas and coffees is delicious and the area is clean and sanitary, for which I am appreciative. Panera, in general, is a little pricey but I use their rewards program and I feel I am paying a bit more for the quality and freshness of the menu items so it is worth it to me. I’ve been to this panera once a week for the last few months. I have no complaints. I do try to choose off peak hours for the very best service.
