Service was fast, and the salad was good. However, the cleanliness was a big issue. The restrooms were nasty, and the floors and tables were filthy. Hoping this location improves on cleanliness because the food and speed were decent.

The light for the sign was out when we arrived. There were not many people around during the dinner hour. We ordered our food and started looking around. The floor was sticky. The beverage station needed cleaning months ago…food and scraps on the dining room floor….I peeked into the food prep area. Yikes. Exit stage one. We left without eating, danger Will Robinson. Panera Bread continues to be one of my go-to spots for a quick yet fresh meal, and my recent visit was a good experience overall. The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is always impressive with its range of soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items. I especially enjoyed the pick-two option, which allowed me to try both the broccoli cheddar soup and a turkey sandwich. Both were flavorful and felt freshly made. Their bread and pastries are consistently a highlight — soft, warm, and delicious.
That said, there were a few areas for improvement. The wait time for food was a bit longer than expected for a casual café, and a couple of tables in the dining area hadn’t been cleared quickly, which took away slightly from the otherwise clean environment. Additionally, some menu items, while tasty, can feel a bit pricey compared to similar restaurants.
Overall, Panera offers fresh food, a welcoming space, and attentive service, making it a solid 4-star choice.

The chicken Romna was absolutely delicious. It was 20 minutes till closing the staff was cleaning and preparing for closing yet they made sure our order was hot fresh and delicious.

The food was AWESOME couple with hospitality to boot. We love the way they keep the place clean and the food was fresh off the griddle. My extended family had not experienced Panera before. The men folk are now hooked and rightly so. We all know extraordinary customer service is rare and we did not want the team at Panera to think it went unnoticed.
The cranberry muffins were fluffy and the coffee was succulent. The Panera Corp should provide this location an award for being Friendly, all smiles, dedicated and keeping a very clean environment. Great job! I am honored to add you to my over 100,000 views club!

A quick stop on a road trip. The weather in the area was super chilly but stepping into the store, I was welcomed by the aroma of food and a toasty feeling! The in-store order took 10-12mins, my order was a chicken, scrambled egg and avo breakfast wrap, a cappuccino and a cinnamon roll.
The breakfast roll was warm and not hot which is my preference because I hate scalding my tongue!
Also the bathroom was clean!

Had dinner at Panera this evening. It’s been a while since I’ve had it for dinner. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. The half sandwich was ok but the very runny Mac and cheese was served at room temperature like it had been setting out off the heat for quite a while. I had to ask for it to be microwaved. I almost didn’t want it because it was so runny (see pic). I was hoping it would be thick like Mac and cheese should be. It’s almost as if water or milk was added to make it look like a bigger portion. Pretty disappointing since I spent $21 on the meal. I could have had something way better for that price.

There were only a few people working but they were sooo fast. we were early for our pick up order and they had it ready to go for us anyway. they were super friendly and welcoming and the food was the best I’ve had from panera in a while!! we had a couple modifications because of a vegan and kids in our group, but they had everything perfect
