Horrible experience yesterday. The GM was in the middle of the restaurant screaming at a kid because he hit her employees car. Awful she should feel ashamed of her behavior. First watch is next door the service and food is wonderful, I will never be back. Corporate should investigate her behavior. She should not work there yet alone be the GM. He was some young kid. Then some old guy starter yelling at him too because she was. The GM never stopped the other patron because she modeled the behavior.

i haven’t gone to a panera bread in almost a year due to a bad experience, but i decided to check this one out on a rainy day and i will say— it was absolutely wonderful. clean, friendly staff, the food tasted fresh & really tasty. lots of cozy seating, with cozy fireplaces ablaze. received a nice discount i wasn’t aware of. i will return to this location!

i honestly cannot believe how bad these people are at their job. they left off 90% of ingredients on my sandwich. and the ingredients they did include, they put like 3 pieces. so basically i just ate 2 small corners of bread and paid 12 dollars for it. that’s awesome. please dont consider a real job you aren’t cut out for it.

This is normally a good location however the last two trips where I have purchased pomegranate tea it has been sour. The first time I exchanged it for a diet Pepsi thinking maybe they just had a bad batch. But now I’m back 3 days later went in to get my tea put sweetener in it and it was so sour I actually this time threw it in the garbage and I left. I will not buy pomegranate tea here again! None of the other Panera locations have sour tea only this one. So this makes me think that they’re just using old tea and new tea together in the same container to try to save money. That’s the only logical explanation I could find.

Soup was terrible. French Onion, no cheese, watered down. Was given only 5 croutons. French roll tasted like disinfectant. For how much they charge it is ridiculous.

This is the side salad I got – the parts of romaine that are supposed to be in the trash. For such high prices and the fact that they are supposed to be all about fresh, this is unacceptable. I rarely get a decent meal there. They need to look into 80 Acres lettuce mixes.

There were only a few small pieces of meat on the steak hoagie, not even close to covering the bread. Both had onions but I ordered one with no onions. Minimal if any cheese. So I paid $15.69 each for bread. The salad had iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and wasn’t fresh. Panera has really gone downhill. I will never order there again.

I’ve never had a bad meal here. Soup, salad and sandwiches. They have the best broccoli cheddar soup and the strawberry poppy salad was excellent. Very good food. A little bit expensive.
