I had accidentally ordered my food at the wrong store. I tried to all of I could switch the order. They said I had to call the other store to cancel. I did but no answer. The manager got an answer and cancelled my order. I put in another order, having to borrow money because it wasn’t refunded right away, which is no big deal. Then I got a Caesar salad with no cheese, no dressing and a piece of bread tastes just like mold. I eat here about once a week and have never an issue. This took my entire lunch period, I an unable to leave and now have to be at work until 6 with nothing to eat and it is 1:55 pm. Good looking out Panera!

Updated Review 3.7.2025: I ordered breakfast for Rapid Pickup and won’t be doing that again. I do like their lunch items but the breakfast sandwich was one of the worst I have ever had. The eggs tasted grainy and the bacon wasn’t evenly distributed. Another thing that I did not appreciate about the experience was their “Rapid Pickup”. Other restaurants I have been to have all items ready for you to grab and go. I was running behind and went in to get the items but the drink was self serve. I actually didn’t have time so I just took a tea bag and made the drink at work.
Previous Review: Very friendly service but definitely not quick. They were very busy, almost all tables taken so there is leeway there. They did just recently open. We went when this building was BurgerFi and I am not sure their remodel design was great. There is very limited seating but I do appreciate the outdoor seating. Over half the building is kitchen. The food was good but not worth $33 for two pick two meals and two drinks. Highlight of the visit was their Mac & Cheese. May swing by if I have a Mac & Cheese craving but sandwiches were on par with cheaper competitors.

Panera has some good food, though not all of it is. I ordered chili yesterday and it definitely tasted like it came from a can. My daughter worked there when she was in highschool and said that all of the soups are delivered in giant bags from elsewhere. The meats and cheeses on their sandwiches are pretty high quality and they come on freshly baked bread in some interesting combos. They also offer other bakery items that look good. This particular Panera has 3 free standing screens you can place your order on which makes the service faster. I placed my order through their app and it was ready within 10 minutes. There’s also a drive through. For me, Panera is a fast (ish) food option which is healthier than burger places. I wouldn’t make a point of going there under other circumstances, but I’m fussy and many people absolutely love it.

A clean, bright and pleasant place for breakfast, lunch or a break for coffee. Lots of healthy opinions on the menu. One of the Panera chain and has a customer loyalty reward program. Some tables are outdoors. You can also order in advance for rapid pick-up.

Update on a previous review complaining that the dining area was too cold. A few days later the situation was resolved, and this Panera was warm and cozy on a cold rainy day. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive.

Ordered 3 hot chocolate from driveway. What I got is warm to cold then I came down and walked inside telling the clerk which she called the manager and they were whispering to the side then the clerk came to tell me there is nothing we could do even if we did the hot chocolate. Then she pointed to the microwave telling me you can go heat them up. instead of helping me to heat them up to show good customer service. If they don’t have hot chocolate, why ripping off people? Terrible service. and they need to stop having hot chocolate on their menu when it’s not hot.

No hair nets? Oh, we pull our hair back. Yeah, not a couple of guys. Cross contamination? Yeah, worker wearing gloves was observed coming from the kitchen, using the register, handling cash, then back into the kitchen, touching things in there, then coming back out, grabbing some bread from the front cabinet…..those should have been changed at least once. A little disturbing as I watched other workers making sandwiches, also wearing gloves. Low counter, labeled specifically for use by the disabled to be able to retrieve their food? Yeah, used as storage, or as a desk or whatever, but piled with stuff so it would be unusable, not to mention the stool sitting in the way.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Amanda, the manager at this Panera Bread. She is by far the best manager I’ve ever seen. Her customer service above & Beyond . She’s attentive, kind, and makes sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. Amanda is the reason I’ll keep coming back . Panera is lucky to have her!

I love Panera , but this location is terrible . Very slow and always out of food. I went at 9:30 and did an online order for a bagel, cream cheese and a large tea . No cream cheese and no large cups . Last time I went to dinner at 4, order a Caesar Salad and they were out of dressing . It’s also soooo slow . New management is needed, because you are losing customers every day !
