A very clean place from what I can see from the lobby! Rader was excellent when my partner and I asked for recommendations. I ended up getting the Potato Soup and a Green Tea, which turned out to be warm and refreshing. Lively chatter from all around.

Very exceptional food and service today I had a pickup order that was missing an item and when I called I talked to someone named Olivia and she let me know I could come back up there and get the item replaced no problem and when I was able to come today rather than the next day I dealt with someone named Kiki and they were also very friendly and very professional they both deserve a raise for exceptional customer service , I love coming to this location and will continue to do so thank y’all so much

Our food was fresh and very tasty. Our special order was prepared to directions but not as plentiful as the other dishes. The staff member was so pleasant and humorous. The wait time was a bit long.

Went for lunch and when I asked the wonderful young people in back to make changes on my sandwich they instantly took it back and did all I asked and then brought it to my table. Thank all the folks working in Panera’s. I love leaving y’all tips, you deserve them. Everyone was so friendly and courteous and helpful, made me feel like I was at home.

My fiancé and I have been to this Panera multiple times, and the food has been consistently excellent. It is always hot, fresh, and delicious!
Our favourite dish by far to get here is their Mac ‘n’ Cheese in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. The mac is white cheddar, and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Another food item I cannot live without. It is creamy, rich, and filling, and you can use pieces from the bread bowl to soak up the leftovers. Top it off with an M&M cookie or one of their cinnamon buns for dessert, and you’re set. You can tell everything is baked fresh that day!
The staff here are attentive and accommodating. We also tried one of their newer products, their Focaccia Pizza. It was very good! The focaccia dough was a nice complement to the ingredients.
I definitely recommend this Panera location for fresh, scrumptious, and budget-friendly food!

I stopped at Panera to get a half tuna, half salad with a bag of chips. When I got home & unpacked my lunch, the bag of chips had been cut open. I immediately called Panera to talk with the manager so that they would be aware of a problem. The manager named Taylor told me that she had packed it & “there was no problem.” Not true! If a customer calls you with the problem, an apology would’ve been the more appropriate manager response. I was not asking for another little cheap bag of chips or any other financial remedy. I just wanted them to know there was a problem.

Nice neighborhood place for soups and sandwiches. Good selection of breads and pastries. Staff is usually helpful and friendly. We consistently dine here once a month, sometimes more. Nothing really stands out, but it’s a good place to grab a quick bite. Looking at the menu, most of the choices are high calorie. To be fair, it is a bread place. I order the same thing every visit. The chicken Frontega sandwich and French onion soup is tasty. Never disappointing.

Panera Bread in LEX is amazing! You’ve got to try their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich—it’s absolutely delicious. The place is super clean, and ordering ahead through their app is a game-changer. Highly recommend!
