I really like Panera but, today! The girl who’s preparing the food is in a bad mood; she made me this sandwich with whatever was left in her pantry. It’s missing cheese and tomato. I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch, which I never received. The girl at the counter is very nice, but even she can’t cheer up the one in the kitchen who’s in a terrible mood.

I ordered a half Mediterranean sandwich and I think I received a quarter of a sandwich. lol. I didn’t complain because I wasn’t that hungry but consistent sandwich sizes and staff training is always a winning combination! pictures are from a prior visit.

Yes the food is good and the service is friendly for the most part however this has got to be the most disgusting, dirty, smelly Panera I have every gone to. The general manager, the restaurant manager, should be ashamed of how this location looks. The counter tops by the drink station is always sticky and full of gunk from the charge up drinks.The rugs are also sticky and wet. There is rust and and grim everywhere on that station. There is never a moment when the area is fully stocked. In the food pick up area there is always something missing whether it’s condiments packs, napkins, to go containers etc. By the coffee station there is never any stock of half n half or milk for your coffee. I had gone to the food pick up area and was told sorry that there is none but they have not had time to refill, so she gave me the half gallon of half and half and said you can refill it or take it from this. This place just needs a huge pick me up. Cleaning is something that is imperative in this location, however if there is not a good management team in place then everything else crumbles.

The workers were very friendly and offered to help me take the food to my table. They paid attention to the instructions. The environment is really nice and a calm one not too noisy and most people in there are usually in meetings or on their devices from what I’ve seen. The first time I had their new blueberry lavender lemonade it was very acidic and sour and didn’t taste good but this time it was much better so definitely give it a try. The brownie had like something hard in it which me personally don’t like it could’ve been nuts or chocolate chips I’m not sure and it’s very “rich” in chocolate as well. Their bagel was delicious, but the brioche roll although it looks really nice from the outside tasted very plain.

Do not drink anything from this nasty store!!!!! I just opened my daughter’s tea because it tasted funny . Nasty build up of bacteria because they don’t clean the tea machines . Just got off the phone with the manager that admitted they don’t clean them. You can get extremely sick from this .

It has but a dainty dash of unseasoned, bland steak. Even the egg is sadly unseasoned. It’s very plain, tasteless, no flavor, no seasoning, no sauce. But even garlic aoili couldn’t have saved this miniature, toddler-proportioned sandwich. There’s a lot of competition out there for this level of extreme blah.
When did you stop caring?
Overall, a culinary disaster. Where’s the culinary expression of gratitude for patrons?
I now relate Panara Bread in the same category as seasonal depression.

Delicious food. Loved their tomato soup but as for the rest of the food/sandwiches the portions were very small and not very well worth the cost. Spent close to $40 on lunch for the both of us and we were still hungry afterwards. Also the place had ran out of sweet tea and when we asked them when they were going to make more a staff member told us to make our own by using unsweetened tea and a few pumps of cane syrup which still did not taste as great.

Not only was my food amazing so was all the young ladies who waited on my and my pup. They gave my baby boy a pup cup, he was just as happy as I am… THANK YOU ladies for being so kind, so helpful and doing such a wonderful job!! Keep up the good work!!
