I’m a big Panera Bread fan and never miss a chance to have some when I’m in the US. Unfortunately, this location was one of the average experiences I’ve had. I has a you pick 2 combo and I found that my sandwich was rather sad and tasteless. The service was also pretty slow and the whole place smelled burnt which did not contribute to a positive experience. That being said, the tomato soup was delicious as always and the place was well maintained.

The manger Joe smith is a very kind person he helped deescalate a situation I had yesterday with a confused client. He stepped right in and helped her and I’m so thankful for his help!!The restaurant was very clean. All his staff was great. Orders where completed promptly food looked appetizing

I didn’t actually patronize this Panera on 9/25. I was there to diffuse a client who was having a mental breakdown and ended up inside this restaurant. But the client was in good hands with the Manager, Jo Smith. You would have thought Jo was a trained specialist. He truly helped calm things down and went above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even a customer. I imagine Jo is a great Manager to work for and I will be going back to this Panera in the future. Thanks so much!

Worst Panera experience we have ever had. The place appeared to be under construction or being remodeled. Ordered coffee and it was literally warm water with a shot of caramel. DISGUSTING! Our bagels were cold as ice like they were kept in a fridge over night! Very disappointed in the food and drinks we received.
