Super slow , customer service is awful. Employees have no idea of diverse diet restrictions . I asked for a no egg avocado sandwich . The receipt specified replace egg with hummus but the girl making it put egg on my sandwich. When I asked them to switch it , she basically just took the egg off and then gave it to me. I was just appalled at how these people working here have no sense of proper customer service . Even the assistant manager made excuses instead of simply say we are sorry and we can quickly make another one. Instead they had to show so much attitude . Panera should take away their franchise name from this operator bc it’s ruining their brand.

Ordered online and did a pickup tonight. Grabbed my meal and looked inside to see what looked like the correct order. Got home and unwrapped what was supposed to be a full size sandwich and instead it was not. Wrapped it looked like a full, unwrapped it was a half. My chips are bigger than it. This is not the first time this location has done this. Managers need to step up and teach this generation how to properly make the sandwich we paid for and how to read the tickets/double check. I’ve had mcds in west Jackson get my meals correct more times than this Panera Bread.

The location is great. There are plenty of seating areas incl. outside. They also have a pick-up station inside. I ordered soup in a bowl and once I sat down, I noticed the bowl was dirty. I scraped inside the bowl to see if it was leftover food and it was. Ugh. Decided to return the soup. Just order “to-go”. The food was good though. The chicken sandwich was good. The mac and cheese was great as well.
