Well, I primarily order a large coffee and a pastry, preferably the cranberry orange slice. The coffee and pastries are delicious. I subscribe to the Sip Club, so I don’t pay for coffee daily. It’s so worth the small monthly fee. They have 4 types of coffee on drip. I prefer the dark roast mixed with a little of the hazelnut. They have canisters of half and half, 2% milk, skim milk, and almond milk. They also have bagged tea and herbal tea with hot water and honey available. The staff are always friendly, and it’s normally quiet in here.

I visit Panera locations regularly. Today I arrived abiut 1pm. This particular location was filthy. The floors are sticky, the soda machine has no carbonation and no sign stating it is out, the tea tasted off even after switching from sweet to unsweetened. The team manager was not helpful and a bit rude. This could be lacking skill as a leader but he offered no solution other than blaming another team member.

First time ever visiting Panera! All the employees are super nice. I got the pick 2 half mac and cheese half sandwich. They both were pretty good! It was quiet inside the restaurant definitely a cool place to study or to hang with friends.

The people at this location are super friendly. They always have fresh delicious treats anytime I stop by. My favorite are the frosted cookies! They change the shape every season but the flavor always remains the same. A light lemony meringue and a soft delicious cookie, how can you go wrong?!
Also, I work for Uber eats as well and anytime I pick up an order they’re extremely quick and make pickup orders a priority, I like some other places in town where you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to pick up an order that should have already been ready.
I hate to say it but customer service has gone down at this location as I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and didn’t receive the cream cheese so after I made my Uber deliveries I called to let the manager know what happened he refused to give me a different toasted bagel since mine is now cold and he can not re-toast it. He said “well, we gave you a toasted bagel and that’s what you ordered”, I said,”yes with cream cheese and you didn’t give it to me so now it’s cold” he said “I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do.” I find it highly ridiculous that this man refused to provide me with a replacement for the items I ordered and I will not be stopping at or recommending this location. I’d hate to see if I ordered a more costly item and it was unsatisfactory because clearly he was absent spirited or minded the day of training when they went over customer service! Highly disappointed in you Panera!

Delicious food and friendly staff. However, service and food can be hit or miss. Sometimes, I have gotten amazing service, helpful staff, and amazing food. Others, I have received slow service, wrong orders, and even hair in my plate once. When I asked for another plate, the waiter brought me the exact same plate minus the hair. I guess the guess quality of your experience depends on the shift and the staff working that day.

Seemed under staffed also so that is on management as far as I’m concerned. Best thing about going to Panera is leaving. I will never spend my money at Panera again. No idea how you guys are still in business.

Always been a positive experience for us. Clean and spacious dining area, with tasty food. We order via the kiosk so our customer service interactions are pretty limited. But all in all, it’s been solid! I always find Panera a bit pricey for what it is, but that’s not anything unique to this location

Saw the McDonald’s line go around twice from the drive through. How hard is it to heat up a premade sandwich, we were in line for nearly 30 minutes.
The workers were also super disorganized and they weren’t sure what our order was when we went from the machine to window which is just two car lengths apart.
