This is our 3rd time ordering bagels from the Cookeville location. Ordered and paid for yet when we show up to get them they don’t have a single one for my order. We were told they needed picked up by 12. Each time we were there well before the time given. If this locations management and team can’t figure this simple process out then they obviously have other issues. If needed I’ll gladly give some very easy remedies to help. Put a name on them, designate a location to keep pre-orders, write do not sell on them. This isn’t that hard to figure out people. Come on

Fantastic stop for lunch and supper. The flatbread pizza a lot for one person, but it was delicious. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had, the chips left much to be desired though (consider replacing them). Finish it off with a chocolate croissant and you won’t regret it. Prices are little high for semi-fast food, but I’ll be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They not only didn’t do their job, they lied to my face! At 6am this morning, I placed an order online for a dozen everything bagels. Six hours later, I went to their store to pick up my order. When it wasn’t waiting for me, I inquired what happened to the order I already paid for. I was told they were out of everything bagels so they had cancelled my order earlier that day. I told them I placed the order at 6am online and the item wasn’t grayed out (which meant the item was available at the time I ordered it) and it was obvious someone didn’t do their job and pull the bagels I had ordered from the shelves at the time I ordered them so they would be available when I came to pick them up. I also told them I had not received any notice the order had been cancelled, or I would never have made the 2 hour round trip to pick them up! As soon as I got back to my car, I opened my email… and, sure enough, they had NOT cancelled my order earlier that day as they said. They cancelled it the moment I walked out the store…and the time stamp on the email proves that fact. I am furious they wasted 2 hours of my time (not to mention the gas!) driving to their store and back for nothing. I will NEVER do it again!

Pretty sad about this experience since I go there all the time and have NEVER had this happen. Got up early to get something before work. When the lady at the window took my card to pay I could hear the manager and an employee “making fun” of me and what I ordered. So when she opened the window back up to hand my card back I informed her that she should tell the two guys behind her that maybe they should wait to talk about people until they drove off and I could hear them talking about me. Her mouth dropped open and she looked embarrassed. She covered her mic on the headset since she thought that’s where I heard it. I told her no, I could hear them talking through the drive thru window. Literally ruined my morning. This has been one of my favorite places for a long time but as long as that manager and employee work there I will not be going back.

You are Panera BREAD and the bakers at this locale are OVER BAKING the baguettes! My family gets food here often because they love the salads and soups. Please, please, please, start taking your baguettes out about 5 minutes earlier they should be GOLDEN not BROWN. It makes them bitter. I have attached photos – you see the center part of the split? That is the color the WHOLE thing should be. Now look at the bottom – that is CLEARLY burned! Please note this is consistently happening, it’s not a one time thing. I hope you review your comments and address this. Edit Sept 14,2021 please see additional pictures you are still burning the baguettes! Edit Dec 13,2021 – added more pictures and I’m please to state that the most recent trip resulted in fantastic baguettes. Thank you Panera for listening. If this remains consistent I will update my star count!

For almost $11, I expect a sandwich fully covered with meat, not 1/3 of the way. This isn’t ok. The taste is great, minus the layer of salt on the bread which is WAY too much.
