We drive further to come to this location because it is much better than the Cordova location. The staff are very friendly, the service is fast, and they have a great selection of bagels, fresh bread, etc. We like to eat breakfast here and they make amazing avocado toast, using plenty of avocado. They even have a selection of tea bags to use with their hot water. We’re sip club members, and they have a wide selection of drinks and multiple milk choices for your coffee and tea. The atmosphere is nice. They have a fireplace that is perfect on cold days. And the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend choosing this location!

This location team was awesome! Service the best! They care about costumer! All of them was very nice! Especially girl name Kaylie ( I’m so sorry if I spelled wrong) and one guy I didn’t ask his name I’m pretty sure he is the manager! Thank you so much! We enjoyed food!

I came to this location thinking I would grab a coffee and work for a few hours. The smell of this place is unbearable (I didn’t make it 15 minutes before I left). I got there at 9:00 a.m. and there was so much food and trash on the floors, it was clear they never cleaned up from the day prior coupled with the homeless people outside and inside charging their phones, avoid this location.

The most awful attitudes of employees and their manager can be found at this Panera location on Hwy 64. They constantly foul up orders and then slam down what is missing from your order instead of adding the ingredients. The customer is right but not here. The manager will snap at you as well supporting her staff instead of finding out what the issue is so she is a joke also. Do not support this location. It deserves to be closed.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I placed a pick up order in advance for 8:30 pm. I arrived exactly on time to pick up mine and my husbands dinner and they locked the doors early. I tried calling – no answer. I tried knocking – they kept telling me they were closed. Even though online says 9 pm? And I already paid for my mobile order? Really disappointing after a long day at work.

I used to love this place, but lately, every time I order a sandwich, it’s made incorrectly. This is supposed to be a sausage egg brioche with bacon added; why is there only bacon on my sandwich when I order extra bacon
