I haven’t been to Panera Bread in awhile now, and I was so surprised how the place was almost crowded. I didn’t remember Panera Bread being this popular. I went to this location on June 19, 2023. Luckily I was able to get my order in quick. My order took about 10 minutes to get ready. I decided to get the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and a side of Potatoes chips. I wish I got another side the potatoes chips wasn’t nothing too special. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich were pretty good though. The BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Onions, and Chicken work well together.

I stopped to eat at this Panera Bread last weekend. The young woman behind the counter sort of acted like she didn’t want any customers that day. She pushed my order towards me and in doing so the cord on the credit card machine dragged on top of my food. I didn’t say anything. I asked for a cup of ice water and she just nodded towards the stacks of cups. I questioned which one to take and she impatiently pointed to the small one. Upon trying my food, I found it to be cold. I asked a man who seemed to be the manager if it could be heated. He showed me where the microwave was and told me that due to health department rules, they could not take it back to the kitchen to heat it so I had to heat it in the microwave myself. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I feel like after spending over $11.00 for a light breakfast, they could do a little better job at providing a pleasant dining experience.

I’ve had a decent experience here before at lunch time but this time for dinner the order was 30 minutes late and I ordered a signature chicken sandwich and all I got on the sandwich was a piece of chicken with some kind of red sauce on it.

Service was a little slower than expected, but food was fresh, hot and delicious. Will return to this location again…

30 minutes is how long I had to wait today for a small kids bowl of mac and cheese to go. 30 minutes. If you’ve never worked at a Panera, which I have, you might think this is an awful wait time, but it’s especially heinous when you know that the bags of Mac and cheese take a max of 4 minutes to make. Not only did it take them over 20 minutes to even put the Mac and cheese in, they skipped over me and gave food to numerous other people who had been behind me in line. This is beyond ridiculous, even during their rushes. I don’t recommend this Panera. The one on Germantown is much faster and more competent.

The manager was so kind. This location seems to be understaffed, but still has that warm cozy vibe, that’s always needed on cool or rainy days.

Most horrible drive thru experience ever! Spent nearly 25 mins in line. I get to the window, and I wait 10 of those 25 mins to PAY for my order. The young lady opens the window, smiles, and charges my card…and proceeds to hand me my bagged order that has been visible through the window the entire 10 mins I waited at the window. Seriously?!?

I used to love this place, but lately, every time I order a sandwich, it’s made incorrectly. This is supposed to be a sausage egg brioche with bacon added; why is there only bacon on my sandwich when I order extra bacon

I ordered the Baja Chicken Bowl, which is under warm bowl. The bowl was cold, the rice was not done, quinoa was missing. They cut huge chunks of tomatoes and added it to the bowl. I sat in the line for over 30 minutes just to get this. Highly disappointed!

Me and Maddie picked up a bite while we waited and it was great! Ran into Sonny and Lil while we were there. Cutest older couple walks up to us and tells us about their journey here to the United States. It was divine……..
